Beautiful plants arrived in good condition. I’m very happy. The only thing is Royal Mail can’t read “live plants, this way up”, and left the box in my porch upside down. Luckily packaged so well they weren’t damaged.

Easy to use website, great communication throughout, plants arrived promptly, well packaged and in good condition - it’s on me now to keep them alive :)

I recently ordered an Acalypha hispida from GrowTropicals. Unfortunately, after about 10 days I discovered several caterpillars hidden on the plant, which explained the leaf and flower damage I'd been noticing.
I contacted customer service with photos, simply to make them aware in case they wanted to check the rest of their stock. They replied quickly, apologised, and very generously added the full value of the plant to my account as store credit, despite me not asking for any compensation.
While it was disappointing to find the caterpillars, I was genuinely impressed by how professionally and kindly they handled the situation. The plant itself is beautiful, and excellent customer service like this gives me confidence to order from GrowTropicals again!

Oh my god I have not ordered a plant online for about 3 years because I always got horrible plants so I thought no more just not worth the risk but the reviews on this site are so good and I really wanted the plant and I kid you not they have not disappointed absolutely stunning plants so healthy and a really good size I would give 10 stars if I could

I recently purchased several plants from Grown Tropical and received my package yesterday. I was extremely impressed with the packaging and the care taken to ensure the plants arrived safely.

As a beginner, I really appreciated the continuous updates and helpful care tips provided after the plants were delivered. They made the whole experience much easier and gave me confidence in looking after my new plants.

Fabulous service. This is my second order. The first was amazing. Fast service and excellent quality and sizeable plants. My second order is due to be delivered during this heatwave. Grow tropicals notified that delivery dates would be delayed until the heatwave subsided. This meant I would be away when my plant order would be due. I messaged using the contact form and I got a response the following morning saying they would follow my request to hold my order until I was due home in a couple of days. Great communication and customer service satisfaction.

I’ve ordered from GrowTropicals several times now and I genuinely really love this shop. You can tell they care about plants — everything is always packed very carefully, and my plants arrive safely and in good condition.

They have a great selection of plants, but also lots of useful supplies: substrates, soil mixes, components for making your own mixes, fertilisers and everything you might need for plant care. Their range is really good, especially if you like tropical plants and enjoy mixing your own substrate.

Their customer service is also excellent. They reply quickly, are very helpful, and really take the time to answer questions or sort out any concerns. I always feel they care both about the plants and about their customers.

I also really like their rewards system, where you can earn discounts from future purchases. It makes ordering from them even nicer. Overall, a lovely shop with beautiful plants, careful packaging and very kind customer service.
