Second year in a row perfect again
For the second year in a row in different states we have used group transport to transport our delegates around during our conferences.
As per last time Group Transport were fantastic. Buses were perfect, drivers brilliant and service A1and always on time

we hired a bus for our wedding
we hired a bus for our wedding bridal party to have us picked up @6:30, we stopped photos early to be ready at 6:30 for pick up and 20 mins later I got a phone call saying I am around the corner from location pick up, unfortunately since we were 20 mins late for pick up everyone at the reception had to wait for all of us to get there before food came out and drinks could start.

Unfortunately, the driver was held up due to an unforeseen road incident, which meant he arrived for your collection 20 minutes later than scheduled.
Apologies for this unexpected issue.
We feel the 1 star is slightly unfair because although there was a short delay, the journey itself took place ok and your group all arrived to the venue as planned.

Amazing!
I had never been to WA but was tasked with the logistics of a workshop for 34 people in Northam. Group transport made the entire experience seamless. The communication, punctuality and kindness was just beyond. I would book with them again in a heartbeat.

Very prompt
Very prompt, reasonable quote and matched price. Great service.
Bashier was an expert. While every other driver was slipping on the ice roads he held the 25 seater steady.
He was genuinely a pleasure. Very accomodating. The only issue was the radio wasn’t great, but that didn’t phase us.

Driver to destination was friendly and accommodating.
Driver back told me if we were more than 10mins late, we would have to find out own way back. No flexibility to finish drinks or game.

With regards to the driver for the return journey, the reason he could not delay the departure time was because he had another journey to carry out after your journey.
Drivers are always as flexible as possible, but in this instance he had other commitments to carry out following your journey.

We booked GTA to assist with guest transport for our Sydney wedding
We booked GTA to assist with transporting guests from the ceremony to the reception at our wedding. We had a fantastic experience with a wonderful driver who did two trips ferrying guests and went out of his way to park on the other side of the road on a bridge (which required driving across the bridge, up a hill and around a roundabout, then back down the hill and over the bridge) to minimise how long we had to walk to the venue in torrential rain! We thought it was great value for money and really easy to book. Thank you!!!!

We utilised Group Transport Australia for numerous trips over a weekend for a large group. Employing Group Transport Australia for all of our travel requirements made navigating Sydney incredibly convenient and efficient. The booking process and communication from Paul and Dan was transparent and timely and our drivers Jason and David were punctual and easy to deal with.

A great experience
Our trip to Blue Mountains was seamless because of GTA. They pick up and drop off on time and always arrive at the venue early. As well as that, organising the trip with GTA was so easy and their customer service was great. Will definitely use them in the future.

Great & reliable transport service
We had a great experience with Group Transport Australia. Paul, with whom we communicated via email for the booking, was very professional, prompt to respond and of great assistance.
