I recently booked a party bus and had an absolutely fantastic experience! From start to finish, the service was top-notch. Our driver, Jeff, went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. He was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and professional, making everyone feel comfortable and safe throughout the ride.
The bus itself was spotless, spacious, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a great time. Jeff’s positive attitude and helpfulness truly set the tone for the evening. It’s clear this company prioritises customer satisfaction, and it shows in every detail.
I can’t recommend this company enough, especially if you’re lucky enough to get Jeff as your driver. Thank you for making our event so special!

Reliable and good communication
Have used Group Transport a couple times now and the experience has always been great. Made sure we got to our festival and back in one piece and in plenty of time, with great communication. Will definitely be using again!

I organised a mini bus with driver for a group at work and when I asked about the trip they were quite complimentary with how it went.
I was liasing with Paul and he was super helpful.

We had excellent service with Group…
We had excellent service with Group Transport Australia in Melbourne during our recent stay. Over multiple trips for our group, including airport transfers, a trip to the suburbs and another return trip we were very impressed with every part of our transport experience. We’d especially like to acknowledge George who provided some commentary to our Indonesian visitors on the trip in to Melbourne and was very pleasant to all. Mustafa was also very good and patient when we were delayed at one visit.
I would highly recommend this company for anyone seeking a professional operation with reliable service, pleasant drivers, and who are easy to deal with.

Garden Club Trip
We hired a 20 seater bus for a Garden Club day trip.
I was given the drivers name and phone number the day before the departure.
He was an excellent driver, very courteous and helpful and well acquainted with Sydney roads and traffic which ensured that we had a memorable trip.
