Our driver was early and patiently waited until we were ready to leave. The trip was direct and we arrived on time. Kiv was a great driver, looked after everyone and ready to leave right on time. Group Transport Australia were easy to deal with and assisted with changes to numbers when needed. Thanks for making the transport on the day easy and hassle free.

Booked a bus from Townsville to Charters Towers for a group of 8 and the service was fantastic. Sarah was a great driver and was more than happy to drop us off and pick us up at a few different spots around town. Highly recommend.

We used this company for a staff outing. The driver was lovely and very accommodating with all our requests. Had a company trip over two days and Group Transport were so helpful leading up to our event: answering all questions and catering to alterations. On the day transfers were smooth, timely and flexible as we ran a little overtime on occasion. Would thoroughly recommend and will be using again in the future!

Paul & Danny were quick with quoting, reasonably priced & great with communication. I ran two identical day trip wine tours with 43 passengers on each for our social club. I was very pleased with our drivers, Keiron on the first occasion and Ivan on the second. Right on schedule!

The bus arrived half an hour early, it was clean with seat belts. The driver found his way to the location approximately 1.5 hours away. Group transport matched the lowest price we got. The driver was Chinese, spoke almost no english - used google translate to communicate, smelled of cigarette smoke and had no personal hygiene when he was sneezing everywhere to the distress of some of the passengers. We had 12 people, 11 in the back and 1 in front seat beside driver. Lucky we didn't have the football team as seating is cosy.

I didn’t use their services but had organised it on behalf of my family for an interstate day trip. The feedback I got was that the trip went very smoothly and the driver, Kevin, was very lovely and accommodating. My older relatives were impressed with the good price as they had previously used other transport companies and compared it to this one. We will continue to use Group Transport Australia for any future trips :) 10/10!

Everything went well: booking details were clearly communicated and the driver contact was given two days prior so that we were able to contact the driver Sean to make sure he had the trip booked. Sean was a very kind and experienced driver, even contacted the McDonalds in Picton for our large group's arrival.

Group Transport Australia was a great choice for our tour to Cherbourg in May 2025. We needed to change the tour date several times and the company was very understanding and flexible. On the day, the pickups were all on-time and efficient. The driver, Keiron is to be congratulated on his excellent customer service (as well as his great driving skills). The coach itself was clean, spacious, and comfortable, making for a pleasant and relaxing trip.
