Very happy with GTA. Staff are friendly, efficient and flexible with our changing needs. Pricing is competitive. This is the second time we have hired from GTA and will definitely contact them for future transport needs.

From the booking to the drop off we had nothing but excellent customer service. I was able to get all my questions answered and felt really prepared for the event at the Cox Plate. Knowing my guests would be picked up and taken to the track and collected at the end was such a relief. Fahim was a wonderful driver, he was so kind and professional and I will most certainly use Group Transport again. Really pleased with the whole experience and couldn’t recommend enough. A big thank you!

They were on time

Great service and great guys
Good guys - good value, bus and drivers were punctual, very personable and flexible in their approach. Made our trip easy and handled 20 golfers and all of their gear with no worries or stress.

Bus arrived late for pick up
Bus arrived late for pick up. The wedding ceremony had to be postponed 30 mins later as most of the guests were onboard. Wasn’t very happy

With regards to this review, we believe this may be for another company and NOT Group Transport Australia.
You had a booking with GTA back in September, but we've spoken to both the depot manager (Jody) and the driver Lenny and they have confirmed there was no lateness and your booking ran well and on time, as per the confirmed schedule.
Based on this, maybe this review was meant for an alternative company??

Birthday lunch at a Winery
We used Group Transport Australia for my daughters' birthday lunch at a Winery in Warrandyte. Bus arrived on time both times and Paul was professional and a smooth driver.
I would use GTA again and I have recommended this Company to all our friends.

We used Group Transport Australia for a group of 16 people for activities on the Gold Coast for 3 return trips. The drivers were always on time, friendly and professional.
Communication when organising was excellent. They were actually the only company out of about 8 requests that provided a quote. Everything ran smoothly and we wouldn't hesitate to use this company again.

Paul (Knox) was very helpful in answering my inquiries and guiding me through the process of securing a bus for our travel.
The bus was reasonably priced and all paperwork for the trip was organised well.

Second time we have used this company
Second time we have used this company, and they delivered as expected. The trailer on pick up on the last day, was too small to take 9 sets of golf clubs. Apart from that is was ok

That seems odd as the luggage trailers are nearly always one standard size, but this will be noted and looked into.

Corporate Team Building Event
Our driver was early and patiently waited until we were ready to leave. The trip was direct and we arrived on time. Kiv was a great driver, looked after everyone and ready to leave right on time.
