I have always had a great experience booking through Groupline, particularly with Liz who is very kind and attentive throughout the booking process. They have often accommodated my last minute requests, modified bookings for me, arranged seating in particular ways, etc.

The team are always really helpful, they always support in getting the best dates and seats and support with any questions and queries promptly.

Really helpful and responsive customer service. Had an excellent experience from Ross, one of the group sales account handlers. He got back to me very promptly and was able to action my requests effectively, such as my requested change from a matinee to an evening booking, and a change in my number of guests. Overall positive experience with this company, have used the company annually for a school trip for the last 4 years and this occasion will be my 5th year booking a London show with them.

I consistently receive outstanding service from Group Line. Throughout the year, I arrange several group theatre bookings, and my contact, Monika Zywczak, unfailingly offers insightful advice and secures the very best seats. My requirements often fluctuate—I may need to increase or decrease the number of seats—and every change is handled promptly and efficiently. If something can be done, Monika ensures it is, always responding with a reassuring "no problem." In Monika's absence, the back-up people are very helpful too. It is a seamless service.

They are always very helpful, very understanding and flexible with changes and amendments to the existing bookings.
