Received great service when booking our Moulin Rouge tickets all the way from South Africa. Ross was responsive and very helpful.

Groupline help me get group tickets so that I can save on my theatre outings for myself with my friends and club. They have a full offering and help suggest shows that we may like to attend. They negotiate great prices to most of the major shows often with exclusive rates. All of the people I interact with are responsive, polite, friendly especially Kyle, Monika, Allen.

Although the prices and set up for the company is amazing, my companies chosen to use Groupline as our main source of events due to the amazing customer service. My point of contact with the company is a team member called Kyle. I organize at minimum 4 trips a years for my companies social events through Kyle and they are always the easiest events to organize each time. Not only is Kyle super efficient at getting back to me and my thousands of questions or ideas, but he also gives me ideas that would make a better event and always finds me the best possible tickets and prices straight away. He has also on a number of occasions gone above and beyond and contacted venues for me or worked magic to add last minute tickets or to extend a deadline in an emergency. He goes above and beyond with every event and does so in the quickest time and always so kindly too. He is a asset to the company and my company would sorely miss him if he was ever moved from being our point of contact.

We are a small coach company from Lincolnshire and we use Group Line several times a year for our London Shows.

My main contact is Neil McMinnies who I contact by email, he always replies to my requests straight away, with most of our customers being elderly getting the correct theatre seating is very important if seats offered are not suitable he can usually come up with an alternative if we are able to change the date of the trip.

We have more shows boked for 2025 and 3 more confirmed for 2026, I will continue to book up more shows with Group Line.

Samantha was really really helpful and suggested the best tickets for the children to enjoy The Lion King performance. We as grandparents are treating our children and grandchildren and Samantha made the process so much easier than the online booking direct.

I deal with one service provider usually. That is Monika, unless she is away for some reason, and then somebody else steps in and always assists admirably.
My contact Monika has been my account handler for 10 years plus, that in itself tells you all you need to know!
Efficient, courteous, happy covers everything. Ask for Monika - you will not be disappointed. However I will be if new clients take up too much of her time!

Neil was excellent when booking tickets for our members club to see Moulin Rouge. We visit the theatre at least 3 times a year and always use Group Line, would highly recommend to anyone looking at booking group tickets.

Samantha is always trying to help us and improve our reservation. We only needed one extra ticket for our existing group and rather than thinking it is only one ticket, she immediately jumped on the request and the lady whose birthday it is is so grateful, she will be going to the show!
