It's just not nearly as good as the supermarket recycled toilet paper i've been using for years. It's too thin so I end up using twice as much. I've only tried the bamboo version of both the toilet paper and kitchen paper (And I have always prided myself on being economical with my use. Previous brand I would use 2 bits for a wee, but have to use up to 4 with naked) Often doesn't all flush - so either its floating around for ages or I have to flush again. Texture is fine for me, but then i don't usually use extra soft toilet papers. Such a shame as i really wanted to use something not bleached - stupidly it had never occured to me that regular is, as I never use bleach down my toilet.
The kitchen paper also isn't that useful as again have to use double the amount and also disentegrates with anything significantly wet.
Maybe all these 'good' reviews are by people being paid to review as its very hard to beleive. Or else they usually use lots of pieces of toilet paper so don't notice a difference.

My last delivery went missing after it was delivered. Turns out the Royal Mail thought it was a collection and took the item!!

Whats not to like. sustainable loo paper. We've been using Naked paper for 6 months now and feel no need to go back to the supermarket brands. The simple fact that Naked is better for the planet is enough.

Easy to order, reliable, don't have to think about buying and carrying bulky items from supermarkets......great quality.....much better for personal skin health in those important little places.....

This is a product that is really kind to the environment. It as also really easy to manage my subscription by altering the delivery dates if I need to

I decided to give this a try after a previous experience of bulk purchasing eco-friendly loo roll left me underwhelmed.
The texture/strength combination of this product is far superior and I am very pleased with it.
Also, the customer service was very impressive. The initial order was severely compromised by a thoughtless delivery driver, but was dealt with quickly and efficiently by Naked Paper.

I won't be using Naked Paper toilet roll again. It blocked my drains mainly because it doesn't dissolve like your standard toilet paper (I did comparative tests) but also I found I had to use about double the amount to get the job done

I love the idea that I am helping the environment by using unbleached toilet paper. However I need to use twice as many sheets to get the same absorbency and the perforations are not good enough as the paper rarely tears at the point of the perforations.

Great quality product that helps improve the impact my family has on the environment through a sustainable toilet roll. We have been using Naked Paper for a while now and I appreciate the constant improvements made and the feedback taken on. I also like supporting a conscientious company that has the environment in mind but also looks after their employees. User experience is fab, it has always been easy to amend and review my upcoming orders. All round great purchase.

Good quality, environmentally friendly products. Buying in bulk with a repeat order means the cost is reduced and we never run out. We've been ordering for around three years and have never had any problems

Service is excellent, the best part is being able to change order dates very easily to suit requirements of usage. Love the fact we are making as least negative impact on the planet by buying naked bamboo toilet paper. The product isn’t quite as soft as other paper but the ethos outweighs this

I’m currently having a short trip in Thailand where my son lives and of course, loo paper is rarely used here because of their poor drainage/sewage systems (or at least I believe those are the reasons?). It makes you think about the whole thing. So, yes, thank you! You are an ethical, thoughtful business, not just out to make profits… and… most of you are women! Hurrah! But thank you, men, also. Our household has been using Naked Paper loo rolls for a couple of years now. We were searching for loo rolls that were ethically and sustainably produced. As far as we could see, Naked Paper is one of the very few that meet those qualities, if not the only one.
We will try and persuade other households we know, to try using Naked Paper. I think the colour might put people off. But not us. We love it. Thanks for the reminders and good service.

Naked Paper are great - their toilet paper is quite soft and pleasant to use compared to other recycled loo rolls and their subscription/delivery process works very well. I don't have to think about it at all, unless I want to delay a delivery, which is quick and easy.
It is also a good feeling to know that my family are using fully recycled products so many times each day!

Love the idea that cardboard boxes used for deliveries are being recycled to make loo rolls. I bought a box ages ago - I can't even remember when - and it's still going strong!
I will keep using it and feeling better about all my deliveries in brown cardboard boxes knowing that they will not go to landfill.

We have been purchasing from NP since 2021 are extraordinarily pleased with our subscription. I have to admit the kids had raised eyebrows when their toilet roll was no longer white but after using it had no complaints at all. The emails they send are very informative & interesting & I feel confident that purchasing from this company aligns with trying our best to be 'greener'. I will be trying out the kitchen paper and tissues in the future & have no doubt we will continue to be happy with the products & service. I have only contacted customer service once & they were very quick to respond & wonderfully helpful! If you are on the fence about trying them out, just give it a go, you won't be sorry!

Excellent products (I use bamboo loo roll and bamboo tissues) and I wouldn't buy anything else (I've been a customer for several years). Orders are easy to make and dealt with very efficiently. Highly recommended!
