I found the whole process very straightforward, and compared to other OS data website I have used, this one was very user-friendly and easy to navigate and basically get what I wanted!

very quick and efficient service

Based on obtaining 2 location plans on line the experience has been simple and straightforward in comparison to that involving my previous supplier's.website. Also the products are much less expensive.
All in all I'm very happy with Groundsure.

I managed to get into the site very easily and I hadn't used it for some time. I had difficulty in downloading the right map for me, but when I contacted the team it was easy and straight forward and they couldn't be more helpful. Happy now and will use the service again.

Very efficient response and intensive report.

Pdf black and white maps are faint, like very thin pencil lines.

The web site was easy to access,and it was easy to locate the plot using grid reference, define the area and information required and download immediately. A good workable tool.

.S. data incomplete again - have to use Google Earth to see what's really there

we at discount plans ltd have been using pro-map for 6 years now and an email came in from this mapping company "ground-sure" well what can i say? the site is easier to use, cheaper, account set up options and great customer support.

A very easy to navigate and use website with an excellent means of selecting a site. Reports arrive very quickly (ours were all received on the same working day) and results are very comprehensive and ideal for our needs.
I contacted customer services on a number of occasions for help with an accounts issue, and staff were friendly and helpful on a ll occasions.
Highly recommended service.

The problem I had was making sure the title fitted the plan - after various attempts and help from Melvin I conquered it!

Had excellent introduction and on the phone demonstration.by Anna on the use of the system and how to get the right product for the project. Invoicing and payment options couldn't be simpler. So far so good and would highly recommend.

I only use GroundSure for Barclays valuations but find the system user friendly and the staff are always helpful on the phone if there is a snag.

The web site is not as fool proof enough for some one like me as the old was and the last page before paying does not let you check all the properties of what you have ordered.

absolutely awful!! really really bad! The website always crashes. Is it groundsure.com or .map by groundsure

The ordering process was quick and easy but delivery of the order was sloooooooow, not too helpful when you are relying on the maps to turn reports around within tight deadlines! I had to contact customer services to get my order prioritised and they were also slow to respond.

The mapping system itself could also benefit from an online map viewer with measuring tool, a massively importantly missing feature which is present on other platforms. Without this you have to print out lots of A3 paper maps- not good for the environment!

Having said that, the maps did offer good value for money and the mapping itself was of good quality.

It may be competitively priced with other well established products but it's not a patch on them. Once you have the PDF plan there is no going back to edit the content again if errors have been made or more information need adding.
