The after-sales service from Grohe was exceptional.

I have a shower and a cap for my thermostat was damaged at install by the fitter. After 18 months, I contacted Grohe and was helped to find the part on their website, and then directed to where I could mail-order the item.

While chatting with their operative, he asked why I needed it, how old my shower was, and kindly offered to send me one directly. I was astounded.

I am so impressed that Grohe is at the top of my list for any future purchases.

What superb Customer Service!
I needed a new end cap for my Grohe Shower Control but didn't know which one as there are a number of options. Chris, Technical Customer Services Coordinator at Grohe, after several quick e-mails, was able to identify the one I needed and so solved my problem.

Excellent customer service from Chris at Grohe. I had a problem with my shower controller button. Chris talked me through how to fix it, sent a very useful link to a video to help and offered support via a video call. The instructions worked and the problem was quickly fixed. We just needed one small part, which Chris dispatched the same day. All in all, very impressed with the level of service.

Communicated with Jason at Grohe customer service. Professional practical advice from experienced and knowledgeable advisor. Prompt replies to emails to fix problem with Grohe boiler tap, issue resolved and part supplied f.o.c.

Excellent support from Sam in Costumer Service. We bought a Grohe WC set that arrived missing a part. After a quick check, she ordered the missing valve, free of charge. Great products and great customer support too!

Well some very good and useful advice again from Grohe customer services (Jason). Super quick and was able to advise me what replacement tap would best fit my bidet, which I managed to get at a very good price.

I had a shower thermostat cap break one of the knobs. Tried to replace via a 3rd party supplier but not available (and buying wrong one). Contacted Grohe after seeing it's also not available via their site. A decent chap called Chris was very helpful in finding the part and sending me a replacement gratis. Great and unexpected service.

Lovely people helped me out when I had an issue with my shower. Very quick responding after I contacted them, customer service like this seems rare these days.

Mbarak helped me fix a flush issue with a c20 year old drop valve and flush plate.

He was patient, helpful and kept working with me until a solution was found.

This is why it’s worth paying a little bit more for Grohe quality product and support.

Contacted Grohe support I had a slight leak on a factory bolt I sent photos in within 24 hrs they have sent out a replacement part highly recommend really good customer support. Would definitely recommend Grohe to anyone.

No hassle, helpful staff easily resolved my problem

I have been chasing Grohe for a return monies for as long as I can remember. It is now a daily task to contact them yet again.
It’s agreed, so that not in dispute, but the internal process is painful.
Lots of good people who eventually pick up for it to get stuck again.

Any company that has an auto email stating not to send in multiple emails are not dealing with their customers quickly or efficiently.

Avoid at all costs, it’s not worth your time or energy if anything goes wrong.

We’ve had Grohe shower, bath and kitchen fittings in our homes over a long period. It’s been for the combination of the build quality (you can feel the difference against more budget brands) and they last really well even with a lot of use, plus they just look really good. I’ve had to contact them quite a few times over the years, usually just to check on particular specifications and suitability for what we’re planning, and the response has always been great. The people there REALLY know their products and they get back to you promptly if they need to speak to colleagues to get an answer. Today’s call was to ask about a small clip that had been missed by the plumber during a recent installation, and within minutes they’d arranged to send a free replacement by 1st class post (thanks Chris!). Obviously Grohe stuff isn’t exactly a cheap option, but with the combination of the quality of the product and especially the customer service, I think you really do get what you pay for. Highly recommended.
