awful customer service, I complained about a pair of trekking shoes having the worst grip, having slipped painfully on a wet path ( others wearing regular shoes and trainers had no issue with surface )
they said this was to be expected given the sole. absolute garbage to hear about a supposedly quality walking shoe..
I also tried to leave a less than 5* review for the product on their site, it never got published.

Ho comprato un paio di scarpe antinfortunistica Grisport modello Marmolada il 28 febbraio e non appena tornato a casa ho notato che delle scollature sulla bordura in entrambe le scarpe quindi ho subito contattato il globo Avezzano dove le ho acquistate e mi hanno risposto che il cliente probabilmente ha urtato qualcosa quindi non sostituibili (come avrei potuto urtare qualcosa contemporaneamente con due piedi?) Comunque non soddisfatto ho contattato direttamente la Grisport nella persona del signor Pasquale tra l'altro persona molto garbata e gentile al quale ho invitato foto scontrino e quant'altro e dopo avergli spiegato che di queste scarpe ne acquisto due paia l'anno ma comunque al momento non posso permettermi di acquistarne altre mi ha detto di contattare il negozio in questione e dirgli di mettersi in contatto con lui che avrebbe risolto il tutto premesso che in questo negozio dopo vari tentativi non è stato possibile parlare con il direttore comunque alla fine ho parlato con una responsabile donna la quale mi ha assicurato che avrebbe provveduto a fare quanto richiesto ma ad oggi purtroppo non ho avuto risposta ed è quello che mi fa più indignare perché non considerato da questi colossi che pur essendo tali intanto hanno intascato le mie €79.90 senza battere ciglio non pensando che questa cifra irrisoria per loro è invece frutto di sacrifici per un operaio con l'aggravante di doverne acquistate altre .
Che amarezza!!!!!!!!!

Quality of walking shoe (Dartmoor), very poor compared to ten years ago when you could rely on them. The sole has become unglued from leather at front. The company does not accept any liability. Will not buy from them again.
NB Previous pair did 10 years good service. This pair lasted 7 months!

I am a home builder and contractor. Purchased the 8” Boa system safety/work boot for myself and a few other employees. Initial thought was amazing. Comfortable. Durable… until Boa system broke. Plastic Clip that is sewn into tongue snapped. So now no way to tighten boot. Initially was told there was a lifetime warranty on it. Turns out not so. Turns out Grisport has a warranty that ends when you walk out the door. And as for customer service, it’s non existent. I called Griaport Canada. They told me they don’t deal with work boots. Not their problem. Called Grisport US. No response. Emailed both Grisport Canada and Grisport Italy head offices twice as well as calling Italy to leave a voice message. No response to anything.
So I now have a $300 pair of boots that I can’t lace up or tighten, useless.
Never again. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM GRISPORT!
Look to any other reputable company that will stand behind their product.

Grisport walking boots poor quality both soles have become unglued at the heel. I was quite surprised how they are made. Awful really considering the price and how little wear they have.

Ordered a pair of gamekeeper boots on Friday morning received them Saturday morning with free postage great.
Already have a pair of grisport decoy decoy boots and they have been excellent after over two years of heavy work load still waterproof and in very good condition so thought after seeing these gamekeeper boots on offer with a free pair of merino socks for £125 couldn't resist them the boot is very comfortable aswell as being sturdy in build quality looks like I'll get years of use out of these with proper after care, excellent.

Just a few days out of warranty and both my boots began to leak despite very light use and frequent waxing. The leather uppers of the boots have started to crack where the upper joins the sole. Contacted customer services to discuss the matter and they were not interested since the boots were out of warranty they would not even give me a discount on a pair of replacement boots. If possible I would give them 0 stars because of their attitude.

I bought a pair of average boots from their website. I have had the boots for 8 months and used them a handful of times. The laces have snapped already- I emailed customer services and they informed me they would not send me more laces for free and implied I had misused the laces! I said the boots have only been worn a handful of times so therefore the product must be faulty. They disagreed and were rather rude. Don’t buy from this company!

I have used the kaikoura boot for around 5 years. I like the high ankle support. Done some serious kms and theyre still going strong. Keep them well conditioned and waterproofed and they should last. Great hunting boot. Havnt had any faults at all. Now on to my 2nd pair and hoping to get the same mileage. Because the boots have been so good I haven't had to deal with the company. Ive found them to be a great hunting boot for nz north island conditions.

Bought a pair of grisport fuse last December through Amazon unfortunately a few weeks later they leaked Returned them to amazon and they replaced them but after 4 months the same thing happened The leather on both boots split near the sole also the fabric inside the heels tore which caused sore heels which took ages to heal Sent them back to Amazon but they don't want to know So I'm not buying any more grisport fuse great when new but don't last

Bought a pair of slip on safety boots from my local hardware store. The exterior is hard wearing, but the heel area of the interior fell apart and rubbed my heels raw, making the boots unwearable. Because I didn't buy them directly from the grisport website they wouldn't replace them

These "active" boots are very good value and have done the job required - comfort, standing on a concrete floor all day. Having spent some time searching for a pair of boots/shoes that would be kind to damaged knees I am very happy with these. The only (slight) downside is that they do not breathe very well and socks can be a bit damp after an 8 hour wear.

I had a situation where I got lost in loch Lomond in the July heat.Took some wrong turns up forestry roads.Anyway when I got back to helensburgh,I'd walked 24 miles on concrete farm roads.i was exhausted,my inner thighs were aching,but thanks to grisport Dartmoor shoes,I had...no blisters. Amazing shoe,go buy them.

I bought two pairs of shoes from this company. Absolute nightmare to deal with. They wouldn't honour the VALID discount nor would they honour the shoes return because of generally poor quality and other. They made it a hassle to return anything ...and wishing you eventually give up. They also promised me the shoes would be at my house for my vacation, five days, and it was not and they pointed fingers at everybody else for themselves... I had to buy hikers from a local store for replacement - ZERO compensation and empathy ! Run!! don't walk, from this company... DON'T TRUST THEM!

Bought a pair of leather walking boots in January this year, noticed a couple of weeks ago that the sole was starting to slightly come away from the side of the boot on one foot. Contacted customer care and sent a photo of the fault asking for repair advice and they sent me a new pair of boots without me asking. Absolutely gold standard customer service, couldn’t fault them. And the second pair of boots as comfy and waterproof as the first, wearable straight out the box, no rubbing, tight spots or anything, and completely dry feet even in some very wet terrain. Top notch boots and top notch customer service.

Absolutely shocking company and aftercare is diabolical. Bought a pair of the Quatro leather boots, says they can be worn in comfort straight from the box, totally wrong. After 9 months they still cause terrible blisters after just a couple of miles. The workmanship is awful, material parts fraying, stitching coming apart. Used their own cleaning products from the start and still useless. Would never dream of buying from them again. Sent two messages, eventually got a reply saying could I send email, sent two emails and still no reply. Literally THE worst company I've ever dealt with. Would advise people to look else where don't waste your money with Grisport.

Purchased a pair of gamekeeper boots roughly a year ago. Both boots developed very unusual leaks where the tounge meets body. Grisport immediately offered a replacement pair of gamekeepers or a pair of my choice. Rangers arrived and put on straight away. Comfortable, and as well built as all grisport boots.
Strongly built, extremely tough, but so comfortable and supportive in the right areas without that restriction other boots have. Recommend both the boots and the company.

Bought a pair Grisport Trainers and they are the most uncomfortable ever..they have a stud like tread and when pressure is applied to an individual stud it can be felt pushing up through the thin sole ......wrote and mentioned this to Grisport and got an abrupt letter back saying they are just meant to be used on grass....???

DO NOT BUY GRISPORT....very overpriced for cheaply made item
