Don't buy lunar boots, I brought some a few months ago and they are already falling apart. Within the first couple of weeks the terrible quality becomes obvious, what looks like decent materials and workmanship is all smoke and mirrors. The soles have now come away from the uppers and material peeling away in places. The company is impossible to deal with and refuse to fix or replace falling apart boots. Please just don't waste your money.

I don't know about the general footwear side of Lunar, there seem to be some pretty bad reviews, but their slippers are a different matter.
I have tried many brands of slippers and I have to say that Lunar are the best by a long, long way. They have many fun, stylish slippers to choose from, they wash well, tend to keep their shape.
I often send friends and family these slippers as gifts and everyone loves them.

I ordered 4 x pairs of sandals that were the wrong size. The quality was utter rubbish. Nothing like the photos. They refused my request to send back for a refund.

Hi guys don’t buy from them there scammers and the shoes boots not orthopaedic false advertising they don’t communicate with you but I got my money back thank god I payed through PayPal and they sell the same shoes boots on SHEIN and Temu much cheaper so guys don’t get fooled I payed for two pairs of boots only received one pair and they did not say nothing to me no email until the one pair boots come then I emailed them they said sorry we are out of stock but still got charged for two pairs so they can offer me to buy different boots to try to make more money scammers

My Lunar shoes are sooo comfy - I am converted.
All the bad reviews here are about companies selling them, not the shoes themselves, or even a different company with similar name.

I just wrote a review on Luna Shoes.
I need to rectify some of the information in that review.
I now have realised there are 2 companies with Luna in their name.
The company I was writing about was 'By Luna Shoes'. It seems they are playing on the name of an Australian Company; Luna Shoes.

Sent me the wrong size, they were too small and then charged me for the postage back. I did write a note with the return parcel but it was ignored. Won't use again. Should have been a size 7/41 but they were size 40. All my other European sizes and my friends are 41.

These slippers are perfect for me, I've bought several pairs and find them a good fit, comfortable and stylish. It's great that they wash so well.

At first you think you are buying good quality boots , but all that glitters isn’t gold , and that’s what I have found out about these boots at first sight
you look at the stitching and you think they are good quality because they look like they have been stitched around the bottom but actually it’s all show they have been glued so you don’t actually get what you have paid for and at the end of the day it’s glue not the real McCoy photos are available to show you want I mean .

Recently purchased the Peyton boots in tan. The quality of the boot is excellent. The zips are substantial and the sole has a decent grip to it. Overall a great product at such a reasonable price.

Love my new boots! I got the Calise tan boot for the winter and I am so happy with the quality and how comfortable they are.

I bought white shoes with red laces. They bleed onto my socks every time I wear them. The soles are very thin and don’t last long. Would definitely not buy them again.

This is the second year of buying Lunar sandals online after my local stockist closed. The sandals are supremely comfortable and last forever! I get loads of comments from friends about how great they look. Great colour palette and really competitive prices. Love them.

I absolutely love Lunar leather plimsolls because they're a) very comfy summer shoes and b) they come in an array of wonderful colours (sadly not emerald green though) and some with interesting patterns. I've quite a collection now, and heartily recommend them. Be warned if you're ordering from Scorpio Shoes though - they have an unsatisfiable "Are you a robot?" hurdle to jump through before you can input your card and ID details... click all the traffic lights pics, then all the cars, then all the bicycles, then all the... no, just give up on all the bargain items in your basket. There are many trouble-free purchasing opportunies

I bought the cluster navy sandals on 2/6/2024 and they have totally worn out at the heels. The strange thing is that they have worn out on the inside step, rather than the outside step! I haven’t been back to the shop where I purchased them as yet, but I shocked that they have not lasted the month, bearing in mind for the most part of June it has not been sandal weather.

This company is a SCAM
Don’t touch them or their crap China shoes.
They sent me two sizes smaller than I ordered and won’t exchange saying they were on special but worst of all since ordering I have been inundated with scam emails. This place is dodgy and should be shut down. Reported to FB as well. I requested a refund from my credit card company and got it. Don’t allow this company who also goes under many other names to keep your money. They should be put out of business.

Purchased Lunar sandals and returned them as per enclosed instructions, the company would not refund outward postage costs and refused when I contacted them, so I opened a case on PayPal as GRS Footwear were breaking the consumer rights act. GRS Footwear think that by putting in their small print they don't refund outward postage that they are exempt from law. I got my postage refunded. How many other customers are this company pocketing the postage costs. It soon adds up. If you are owed fight for it.

Ordered the Linzi Cross strap sandals and they fit perfectly as well as being very comfortable to wear and excellent quality as always. Impressed with the speedy service too! Ordered late afternoon and arrived before 10am the next day!!! Will continue to make Lunar Shoes my priority when requiring footwear.
