I received a quote from Rita who was so lovely to speak on the phone . She gave a great advice which survey was needed and guided me for a level 2 for the type and age of the property . Appointment was book in a week . On that day surveyor called me and gave me a very clear verbal report update and the written report was ready in 2 days . Very happy with the service and highly recommend .
