Olly came to do my elderly brother in law's boiler service and was excellent. Superb advice given and kept the workspace very clean and tidy. He was extremely thorough and identified some shortcomings from previous inspections and maintenance. I cannot fault the service provided by Gregorys. Thank you

I have used this company for several years now and they have always been reliable and given a great service, and they have never overcharged.

Great company had my boiler serviced again this year by Darren Parker he was so helpful, even gave me a tip on how to save energy during the winter

Outstanding service. And really good value for money. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an engineer

Impeccable service. Installation engineer was first class. Two generations of my family use this company for good reason. Will always recommend after this. Installation engineer deserves a pay rise

Engineers always very polite and do their job efficiently.

Once again had Gregory Plumbing & Heating to carry out some much needed plumbing work. Used them before so knew the work would be top class, very competitive and the guys always left everything clean and tidy. Work carried out top class once again. No hesitation in recommending this company. If you want work carried out to high standards Gregory Plumbing & Heating are the team to go to.

We needed to have a new boiler to replace our old multi-point that was in the bathroom. This also required having radiators being fitted as we have never had any before. The pipework required, meant that the workmen, namely Jay and Jake, had a lot of new pipework to be fitted around, in and under the house to enable the boiler to be fitted into our utility room which is separate from the main house. They were very pleasant, always on time, cleaned up at the end of every day and very professional regarding any problems they came across. We are extremely happy and will thoroughly recommend them to our friends and family. Whenever we needed to ring the Company itself, we were always answered in a very pleasant manner and all queries were answered efficiently,

Great, helpful, friendly customer service from this local company.

I was completely satisfied with the installation of my new Worcester Combi and GCH carried out by Jay and Jack. Nothing was too much trouble, they worked tidily and efficiently and the standard of workmanship was very high. It's rare to find tradesmen as good as this these days.
