Our entire experience with this company has been top notch. I have a friend a former CORGI registered plumber make the call to Gregory plumbing for me when i boiler spung a leak. His words to me after the call to explain what he'd found were: Very skilled, knows their stuff, book them in, I'd trust them as a retired corgimen. From the moment the foreman came to inspect our boiler to the time his tradesmen came out to replace our boiler it was professional all the way. Even to the point of laying protective cloth on our carpeted stairs and landing. No one has every done that and our carpet is old and nothing special. Both workman were skilled and kind and informed us of all they were doing. They were respectful when entering our childrens room who were in bed with flu; to inspect their aidiators. I only wish they'd not been shy to ask for me coffee which I'd rudely forgot to keep checking on them while they worked. I got too involved in my work from day to remember. They even informed us when they were leaving for their lunch and one of them politely asked for use of our microwave. I just can't say enough on the politeness of the two young workman. I told them when we move to our next home; we won't let anyone work on our plumbling or boiler except for them. My husband who's normally very quite couldn't say enough about them and told me to add they they were very quite, polite and extremely tidy! I apologise for not remembering to offer you more coffee and tea guys!

Gregory Plumbing and Heating did my Worcester Bosch boiler installation several years ago, and have subsequently carried out the annual services and safety checks.

I continue to be 100% impressed with this company and it's employees, and would highly recommend anyone considering a boiler installation to go to them first.

Excellent work, excellent engineers, excellent all round. Will definitely use them again and have not hesitation recommending them.

The team worked methodically throughout the task set before them no rust no fuss, it was particully hard because they had to up-grade the pipe work and re-rout it, two days they said, tow days it was, and they re placed all carpets, i would use this firm again.

First of all Matt came to replace my electric shower unit, then a couple of weeks later Ollie serviced my gas central heating boiler. Both engineers arrived on time, were polite and left no mess behind for me to clear up. Matt went the extra mile as I'd purchased an incompatible shower so he sorted that out for me too.
The office staff are also highly efficient and return calls as promised. I would have no hesitiation in recommending this company - indeed I already have.

Every year for the last nine years from original installation to annual service & maintenance the whole team admin, engineers & the boss have always been friendly , timely and very helpful.

Ollie came to service my boiler and was very good, I’d recently had major works done which included extending the boiler flu and this has been done wrong, Ollie rectified this despite it not being an easy job and took the time to explain to me and agreed to speak to my builder too, above and beyond and most importantly it’s now safe. Gregory’s was recommended to me and I would recommend them too now! Thanks very much

The engineer serviced the boiler. Did a great job, explained everything. Very reasonably priced too. I've used Gregory plumbing a couple of times now. They removed an old gas fire and 2 radiators. They did a brilliant job then too.
