We didn't want no-stick pans that would shed plastic, so we turned to GreenPans and they worked out great, except that we can't find a lid to fit the middle sized saute pan.

Good initial customer service
One of the pots has a small chip in the inside. I sent a customer service email but have not gotten a response back yet. Otherwise this would be 5 stars
5/18 review revised. I didn’t see the initial email so that is my fault and GreenPan has sent me a replacement pot. Review changes from 1 star to 5 stars

This is the fourth one I’ve purchased… they work great… cheap buy for a new pan but the never got worse. Long lasting…use almost daily, great for many recipes, and looks good. Last one was 59.99! On sale… was pink! Like it!

Nice 1 quart pan
I purchased a set of the Stanley Tucci cookware and love it. I still wanted a 1 quart pan. I was able to buy a Green Pan in a similar blue. It is a great little pan with the same high quality.

Not so Non-Stick
I ordered a set of pans because I thought they would actually be non-Stick. It seems to be Not the case. I still have to use some oil or a veggie spray when making my morning eggs.

We are very sorry to hear about the issues with your cookware. This issue can be easily resolved! It is likely that you may have a layer of carbonized oil built up on your pan that will create a barrier between the pan and your food. When this happens, you are basically cooking on the layer of oil as opposed to the surface of the pan. This layer may not be visible. As stated in the care and use, please avoid sprays on ceramic coated pans. The droplets are very small and will create carbonization. This cleaning method has proven to be extremely successful and can be used when you notice staining and/or sticking. For the best results, please try this method twice. Once complete, you may resume normal washing with soap and sponge. Fill the pan halfway with water and bring to a simmer/near boil for about 2 minutes. Pour out the water and place the pan on a sturdy surface such as a wooden cutting board. Carefully use a wet Melamine sponge on the warm surface to wipe away any excess oil or food; this should do the trick. If this does not work, please email GreenPan directly at customercare.us@greenpan.com. They are happy to help!

I love my pots and pans, utensils and cookbook. Customer service was great when I asked questions about my delivery. I can’t wait to use my reward points to try the bakeware.

Bobby Flay is the best
I like the fact it's non toxic and light enough to handle well. Unfortunately, I dropped something in my other Bobby Flay pan and chipped the coating but the lid fit perfectly so it worked out perfectly!

Great, clean cookware that works well on induction
I've had my GreenPan cookware for about a month now, and I love it so far! I got a Bobby Flay hybrid set with stainless steel pots and nonstick pans. It's nice to know they are non-toxic, and they perform really well! I got this set for the induction cooktop in the new house we just moved to. This cookware is nice to look at, performs very well on induction, and is a pleasure to use. Highly recommend!

Horrible product and non-existent customer service
The product coating started flaking off within a week of receiving the pans. I emailed customer support to report this almost 2 weeks ago and have not received a response.
