At first one employee was unwilling to help me when I contacted the Compnay because one of our frying pan’s coating started to look like some had been rubbed off though we only had used it for 4 months and with regular use. The second employee was very helpful and was able to honor our warranty by replacing the pan. We are very happy with the pans. Love how easy they are to clean. Especially love that these pans aren’t made with harmful chemicals

Nice cookware. Very light weight which was surprising despite purchasing the Pro version of pans. Already had one GreenPan fry pan but it is much heavier. So far pans have held up, easy clean-up. Followed manufactures instructions to the letter. Absolutely no food sticking to pans using oil and moderate heat. Hope they hold up. Cookbook and utensils were a nice (free) addition to the set.

Amazing product and customer service. I have multiple of there pans already and bought a steamer recently and had an issue with the product being broken in delivery. I reached out and they had a replacement box in the mail the same day. Love there products!!!

Awesome pans!

Love the entire set of pans and baking set. It’s amazing how even the heat is with the ceramic pans. They are a big step up from our older non-stick pans.

We didn't want no-stick pans that would shed plastic, so we turned to GreenPans and they worked out great, except that we can't find a lid to fit the middle sized saute pan.

Received my green pans quickly and I love everything about them. They cook evenly and nothing sticks. I am able to use less oil when cooking and that helps when trying to cook healthy.

Defective Tucci pan…trying to return…was sent a bogus return label…still no word about how to return…will never buy again.

My old nonstick pan had seen better days, after some searching and reading reviews I ordered your 12” fry pan.
I have used it for a month, and am very happy with its performance. It’s super slick and a breeze to clean.

Sponge for Green Pan fixed up the rough spot as described. Very happy.

The pan is exactly what we were looking for. It's a deeper skillet which is really nice. It's easy to clean. We use it for cooking bacon and the grease doesn't run onto our stove top.

My second purchase of pans. Work beautifully and look great too! Delivery was at promised. Box looked as if it was about to fall apart but contents were fine.

I bought these pans for my mom for a Mother's Day gift. I haven't personally used them, but she is very happy with them. She lives 8hrs away from me, so we talk on the phone a lot. Every time we talk, she tells me how much she loves her new pans. She's very pleased with how easy they are to wash, and her food turning out the way she wants.

These pans are phenomenal. So happy I purchased these. The cook book was a nice surprise. Definitely recommend this cookware.

I was missing accessories out of Frost Pro after opening and taking account of what was in the box..GreenPan did not address the issue-just responded by asking for my receipt and mailing address. Which I promptly sent. So are you going to send the missing accessories?.....
I had 2 questions about the machine as well. No response to that.
Updated review: while GreenPan's reply to this Trust Pilot review states that replacements of missing accessories were being shipped, that was never communicated to me. No shipping information either. So maybe GreenPan is doing the right thing but communicating that to me as a customer would be better.
