Hi Ioannis, thanks for your feeback. Carrier's tracking indicates you've requested re-delivery. Please note that rescheduling requests innevitably delay delivery by 1 business day. We'd like to remind our customers that Greek Market's day-definite delivery is there to help you avoid situations like this. If you'd like to change your chosen delivery date/address, please do so by contacting customer services (https://greekmarket.co.uk/help) before your order is dispatched. Thank you.

Thanks for the feedback. Our insulated gel-pack boxes are designed to keep frozen goods safe for 24–48 hours in transit with Royal Mail/DPD/Evri/DHL/UPS. “Soft to the touch” gel packs don’t automatically mean defrosted; if the packs are still mostly solid, contents remain below 0 °C and can be refrozen or refrigerated. If your gel packs arrived fully melted and the items were warm, please contact us via our Help & Support form with your order number and photos so we can investigate and resolve in line with our policy.
