⭐⭐⭐⭐ Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review.
We're pleased to hear that you were happy with your order overall, and we really appreciate your feedback regarding the packaging. We understand that the loosefill may not be everyone's favourite, but we choose it carefully to help protect products in transit while reducing environmental impact.
Our loosefill is made from maize starch and is 100% compostable and biodegradable, so it can be added to your compost bin or even dissolved in water. It's one of the small ways we're trying to make our deliveries a little kinder to the environment.
Thank you for supporting Fennel & Ginger. We truly appreciate your custom and hope to send something delicious your way again soon

In respect to the product itself
In respect to the product itself and speed of delivery I would have no hesitation to rate 5* - I made an enquiry, confirmation teply that ticket had been raised and to expect a reply usually within 24 hrs., 1 working day. _That was 24/07 and today 01/08 and still no response - hence a 3* rating!

Thank you for your feedback and for your kind comments about the product and delivery service.
We're very sorry to hear about your experience regarding your enquiry. Having investigated this, it appears that our AI chatbot responded at the time, but unfortunately no support ticket was subsequently received by our customer service team, which is why you did not receive the follow-up response you were expecting.
We completely understand your frustration, especially after being advised that a reply would normally be provided within 24 hours. This is not the level of service we aim to provide, and we apologise for the inconvenience caused.
If your enquiry is still outstanding, please contact us again and quote this review, and we will ensure it is dealt with as a priority.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention, as it helps us identify and improve areas where our processes have fallen short. We appreciate your business and hope we can restore your confidence in our customer support service.
