Prompt dispatch and authentic products
Greek Market dispatched my order very promptly. It was packed well in a sturdy box with bubble 'wrap' to protect it. Authentic products at a fair price. Good communication. Thank you.
Unfortunately Royal Mail tracked 48 service then took 10 days to deliver (within mainland UK!) but that is outside the control of Greek Market.
I will use Greek Market again.

Do not buy
Extremely disappointed
The olive oil pump arrived already broken and completely unusable. I contacted customer service, but unfortunately they were very unhelpful and showed no real interest in resolving the issue.
I expected a much better-quality product and much better customer service. A faulty item can happen, but the way the complaint was handled was extremely disappointing.
I would definitely not recommend this company.

The review says the customer "expected a much better quality product". That means the product was not to her liking.
That is not damage.
Two damage claims were submitted. Neither photograph showed any visible fault.
If a product is simply unwanted, the correct route is a change of mind return.
