I brought a gift card - Hungry horse which I checked could be used in Flaming grill pubs as all green king. My local pub Whitehills wouldn’t accept it! I spoke to customer services who were excellent and refunded me.

Sophie was great. A real credit to your team. I made a mistake with an amount in the booking. I wasn't expecting a quick turnaround for Black Friday, but response was super quick. And all resolved. Thank you

Had a problem in receiving my eGift email & this was sorted very quickly

I purchased a gift card for my son and unfortunately he hadn't received it via his email address. I contacted Customer Services (Sophie) who not only responded in a very quick manner but she also re-sent it back to my email address very rapidly.

Couldn’t retrieve gift card amount. Emailed customer service and Sophie replied within 5 minutes telling me value and expiry date. Great service. The world needs more Sophie’s!

I had a gift card that, when I entered the details to check the balance, came up with ‘Failed to retrieve the Card Details, please check the Card Number and/or Pin’.

I emailed Customer Care and within 90 minutes they had responded and let me know the balance on the card.

I'm really impressed with the speed of their reply and, even better, was knowing that I still had money on the card.

Excellent service. I tried to use my gift and found it had expired the day before. I emailed customer services and in a couple of hours they replied to say it had been extended by a couple of months.

Amazing company, spent 5 months in hospital and my gift card expired, they re in stated for me. So proffesional and helpful.

Used the online service to query a balance on the card as i could not read the pin number but received no response at all. Emailed direct using the provided email address and was responded to quickly with the answer to my query. Customer service great - online service poor!
