I had a query regarding the balance on my card ( for some reason the online checker would not recognise my card number and pin).
I made contact on a Sunday afternoon and received a reply around 8AM Monday morning.
Very pleased with the response.

We had been bought a gift voucher for Chef and Brewer and I couldn’t find it on my phone so contacted customer services with the details and within 24 hours I had an email that it had been resent to my email. Very helpful service. I’ve booked a meal now in case I mislay it. Thank you

I could not use my voucher because of a bereavement but they extended the date which I was grateful for as they didn't have to. Customer service is excellent. Thankyou

I had an issue with an eGift card quite a long while after purchase, and got in touch with customer service wondering if it was too late to help. We have learned that there is an expiry date, lesson learned,won't happen again.

Had a prepaid card, unable to check value as website rejected entry. Emailed customer care, within a very short space of time a friendly, professional response confirmed the amount on the card and the expiry date. Great service.

Excellent treatment. I bought a£40 gift voucher for my disabled friend so that friends could take her out for lunch . She lost the voucher. I emailed Sophie and asked if with the scant bit of information I was able to give her if she could help. She dealt with the issue very promptly and was able to cancel the original voucher and issue a replacement one. Money is tight for my foams she now has to pay for caters, gardener, cleaner etc .
