I lost my emailed gift voucher and contacted Greene King, Sophie got back to me immediately with my vouchers.
Amazing service.

The offer of a £100 voucher for £80 enticed me, but the evening originally planned was cancelled. Some months later I tried to find the voucher but couldn’t. I contacted customer care, who responded very quickly and resent the voucher. Great service.

Sophie was great, I had an issue converting 3 all4one cards to Great pub cards and she helped me straight away and got them sorted. Fab service.

I had an issue with my card so emailed in asking for help. Sophie replied back 1st thing in the morning. I asked another question which she replied back to immediately. Very helpful indeed.

We use these for corporate gifts and they’re usually great. One time, out card wasn’t delivered so I had to contact customer services but they were great. They resent it straight away and it arrived. They would have had 5 stars as they’re usually fab, but if it can’t be relied upon to arrive then it has to lose a star.

I contacted customer service regarding a gift voucher my husband and I received as a wedding gift I had a fantastic experience nothing was a problem and had very prompt responses thanks to both Cordelia and Sophie who were assisting us with this matter I would 100% recommend this company and will now look into buying vouchers through them for future gifts Fiona and Mike

I couldn't find my gift card, when I did it had expired, I thought I would send a mail,to see if my lost money could, be refunded, within 10 minutes, my balance was back to what I lost,Great customer service thank you,Sophie.

I contacted the customer service through email because I'd lost the voucher on my phone.

The email was immediately acknowledged, and then within 15 minutes an assistant had sent a new voucher for me to use.

Sophie was prompt, polite, and incredibly patient throughout. Her efficiency is truly second to none. I contacted her multiple times in one day with various queries about more than one voucher, and every response was quick, professional and courteous.

Her level of customer care genuinely impressed me. Each question was handled smoothly and without any fuss, making the entire experience seamless. I only wish she could train staff at other companies—her effortless efficiency and approach to customer service are something many could learn from.

I asked if it was possible to extend use by date on my gift card as i had a health issue of which they extended the card date for me.
