We used their service
We used their service, great service only to the appointment. Our visa was rejected due to the improper flight bookings, we agree that it might be a rare case and they don’t guarantee a visa. But the least they could do is do a proper booking and reserve the bookings until we get the visa.
The reason given by embassy was clear- flight bookings.

You were also advised that airlines may cancel reservations even before the stated deadline. As a precaution, our team recommended proceeding with confirmed flight tickets; however, you chose to continue with the reservation option.
Additionally, the agent had informed you that, in recent cases, applications submitted with flight reservations have faced a higher rate of rejection. That said, please be assured that we remain committed to supporting you and will continue to assist you in every possible way to achieve the best outcome.

I had a great experience with grandholidays. I took their services for Schengen visa. Adam, who helped me with the process is very kind and supportive. He is always available to help and is very prompt. He made the process very easy for us and got us the visa appointment date as per our convenience. We got our visa within 3 weeks we signed up. Disappointment Regarding Misleading Visa Guidance by Grand Holidays
I am highly disappointed with the way Grand Holidays, especially Adam Smith, misled me. He convinced me to apply for a Schengen visa through Greece, promising a quicker process, multiple entries, and longer validity. However, he hid the important fact that Greece visas are usually issued for less than a month. Since I was completely new to the Schengen visa process, I trusted him and paid a high amount, result is I only received a single‑entry visa valid for just 20 days. My money, time, and energy have all been wasted.
I will not recommend Grand Holidays to anyone. They are dishonest and will continue making excuses to attract customers and make money. Do not fall for their sugar‑coated promises.

At no point did we assure or guarantee a longer-duration visa. As clearly communicated to you on WhatsApp, visa validity is solely decided by the respective embassy, and no agency can provide a guarantee for long-term validity. Also, it was your first time, and for the first time, most applicants get the visa for a lesser duration, and to maximize your chances of getting the visa, we had made three itinerary plans for you. The first one is for December and January, the second for March-April, and the third one for June and July, so you can get the visa for the maximum duration.
Exact excerpt from our WhatsApp conversation:
“No one in this entire universe can give you a guarantee for a longer-duration visa because it’s not in our hands. What we can do is try our best to create a profile for you in a way that maximizes your chances of getting the visa for a longer duration, but the end decision will be from the embassy.”
This message was shared with you before proceeding, so we were fully transparent about the process and limitations.
Additionally, to support you, we offered our services at a 40% discounted price, even though our effort, documentation checks, and consultation process remained exactly the same as for full-paying clients.
We always aim to provide honest guidance, realistic expectations, and professional service. Unfortunately, embassy outcomes are beyond anyone’s control, and presenting this as an assurance is not accurate.
We wish you the very best with your future travel plans and remain open to assisting you again with complete transparency.
