Too expensive
Too expensive. The visa cost £90 plus their service cost 149. The person who assist me is not very helpful. I need to followup my application form everyday for more than 2 weeks, he always says please wait whenever I asking for the followup on my visa form. He also offered a cover letter for my visa well up until now I have not received any, I already have my visa. He also did not bother to check my papers. Never again

Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear that your experience didn't meet your expectations, although we're pleased your visa was successfully approved. As explained during the process, the cover letter was an optional supporting document rather than a mandatory requirement, which is why we proceeded without delaying your application. Our £149 fee was for our premium visa assistance service, while the visa fee you paid was £76, as previously communicated, and biometric charges are payable separately at the visa application centre and cannot be paid online. We appreciate your feedback and will continue working to improve our communication and service.

Applied for French visa. Jason was outstanding. His support and communication was excellent throughout the entire application process. He's always there to help with anything. Absolutely brilliant. 100% recommend.

Annie helped me to get an appointment when I was struggling. There were times I was frustrated because the communication wasn't always flowing and some things were not clarified, but in the end I did get my visa.

I have to admit that I was surprised by the service after reading the reviews, but it’s always important to experience things for yourself before judging.
I’m satisfied. I’d been trying to get an appointment at VFS for two weeks. I contacted the agency, and with Maya’s help, I got an appointment in less than 24 hours and, most importantly, on the date I wanted.

Superb Schengen Visa Appointment Service
Emma has been excellent throughout the visa appointment process. She is professional, doesnt overcommit and is able to match the expectations set perfectly. We needed Austria schengen visa appointment in 2 weeks, paid 50% advance, got appointment in one week. And visa processed within 3 days. Highly recommended.

I asked for a booking for an appointment for a Schengen visa, and they did not provide it to me on time. I asked for a refund, and I had to chase it for multiple weeks again and again to get a £30 refund.

Adam has been brilliant
Adam has been brilliant. I was finding it difficult to book an appointment for a visa. I had left it a bit late and didn't realise how difficult it was. My mum introduced me to Adam, he was very professional, kept me updated and was always there when I wasn't sure about anything. He helped with the application, appointment and i got the visa. Got my Portugal Schengen Visa approval in just 2 days! Thanks to Adam - Grand Holidays for securing me and my family an appointment. I have been struggling to find an appointment to the point it is already nearing our travel date - 3 weeks time! I was already worried and panicking.
