Service was good as not as expected
Service was good but too much detailed. But as communicated before application slot booking was taken much longer than they communicated before.
I got the visa but not as they explained by the adviser. As I mentions many details they provided in the beginning was false.

Thank you for your feedback and for acknowledging that your visa was successfully granted.
We are sorry if some aspects of the process did not meet your expectations. Appointment availability is controlled entirely by the visa centre system and is not something any agency can guarantee or directly control. We had clearly informed you of the live availability situation and awaited your confirmation before proceeding. Once you confirmed, your appointment was secured within the next 10 minutes.
Our priority is always to provide clear guidance and efficient service, and we are pleased that our support ultimately helped you obtain your Schengen tourist visa successfully. We appreciate your comments and will continue improving our communication and service standards.
