What an outstanding experience we had …
What an outstanding experience we had with you
Customer Care Specialist Silvia Sima. After problems wth our own twice applications, and coming very close in time for our departure, we decided to take your service for the EASTA.
We executed the application and the payment as well - shortly afterwards we received an email message from Ms Sima saying that we had already requested the ESTA ourselves and it had also been confirmed. However, during our checks we always got the message that the application was not found at all. This made us very nervous, which is why we contacted your company.
Since our application has already been confirmed, we have been notified by your company that the $95 we have already paid will be refunded to our account. We find that very generous and very customer-oriented, and not a given. We would like to thank you very much for this and really appreciate it.
Nevertheless, Ms. Sima tried again to find out the reason for the error - which she succeeded in doing. I had used an O instead of a zero 0 on the passport.
We would like to thank GoVisaLawyer.com for this great service and support. We will certainly recommend your services to others and, if necessary, use them again for ourselves. The very customer-oriented handling of this case is very remarkable, thank you very much Ms Silvia Sima
