Do not use this site it’s a scam, I applied for my visa to the states about 2 weeks ago now normally you get a result in 24 hours. I applied from the main government website and got the visa in 3 hours, I’ve been asking for a refund and they keep replying with a robot the same things avoid

Miracle workers!

Is a scam! Be carefull! I paid, they debit inmediately from my credit card - i ve never recive the confirmation email to continue the process. I sent lot of email because they dont have contact center - and the answer is always the same that somebody y going to contact me and refund the credit. I made these in september 2024 till now i dont recive anything.

We take all feedback seriously and have thoroughly investigated your claim. After careful investigation of your case we have proof you are not a customer of our firm. You actually paid for services to a different company.
We can confirm that:
- you reached out to us via our Contact Form on Sep 13th asking for a refund
- we investigated and found no record of any payment or payment attempt made to our firm, neither by you or your daughter
- there was only one incomplete, unpaid application under your daughter's name. It was started on Nov 4th (when you also left this review), not in September.
In addition, the proof of payment you provided at our request does not list our law firm (Pemberton Law) as the recipient of the funds and the price from the proof of payment you provided does not match our company's prices. This shows you paid a different service provider.
Our last attempts to clarify this matter over phone unfortunately ended with you simply disconnecting the call and refusing our communication since.
Our firm maintains detailed records of all transactions and has robust systems in place to:
- send immediate payment confirmations to verified customers
- track all applications in our system
- process refunds when warranted for verified clients
As a registered law firm, we take our professional responsibilities seriously and always work to resolve legitimate client concerns. However, we cannot process refunds for payments that were never made to our company.

Although, I may suggest to allow a tele. communication for a better clarification when needed as sometime written communication may not be understandable and gets delay so far . Moreover, some people with a poor English communication skills .

Overall amazing service. The only minor issue I had was that I didn't understand that I can apply for a visa even without the hotel booking. But to make it even easier when you apply for a visa and don't know anyone just go to the booking.com and select a hotel with no penalty for cancellation. And provide this info to the lawyer. If you guys can suggest this to people it would be much easier for them to provide these details
