This is fraud!!! I cant set zero stars because these guys did nothing. Please take your attention if you pay something to them you automatically give them as gift half of your money. This is the real scam. For avoid this please send all your refeunds throw your payment system with mark SCAM.

If I could give no stars that’s what I…
If I could give no stars that’s what I would leave. Knowing people are desperate to receive a visa this company takes advantage of that with the fees they charge where their services you can do all for free and only have to pay for your MRV fee.
Communication is not consistent was waiting for 3 days to hear back from someone.
Ended up doing my whole process myself and getting it done within 3 days.
There a scam if you ask me.

Helpless…
Slowly but surely, I am getting the impression of a scam... I applied for a tourist visa for the USA on November 12th through this website. I even booked the VIP service because I didn't want to deal with time pressure. At first, the contact person reached out every two days, but then suddenly stopped responding at all. After exchanging some information, I have been waiting for a response for days, despite countless phone calls, emails, and contact form submissions. There has been no information or feedback at all. Irresponsible, incomprehensible, and extremely frustrating.

I am pleased by the support provided by Govisalawyer. Information for completing US visa is available online but I wanted to get it right the first instance and hence went with them. I had problems (many problems) with this application, because I tried once, and non having a possibility to fulfil my application (because the application doesn't accept the number of Phon company in my country - the company Ipko, in Kosovo), therefore I needed to spent lot of money on the other application where I asked for the Visa through the interview in US Embassy in Kosovo.
