My experience was great..
My experience was great. It took me an approximate of 2 weeks for processing until i got my Us visa for the first time. Agents are so experienced and helpful they will assisst you and update you time to time which is great and very timely.

The on-line service was excellent but…
The on-line service was excellent but the presencial by the employers was not so good.
Like a litle rude and not polite, with poor explanations about, per example, the kind of the photo that although attempt the criteria required, didn’t fit.
So basically I had to discovered by my self how to include a photo that the system accepted.

The assistance was on point, however, the cost of the legal assistance added to the application fee was a real surprise, unpleasant, yet necessary at that stage in the process. I did feel like I was conned. But it was necessary in order to following through with everythkng else. I highly appreciated the support nevertheless.

Big disappointment
I contacted this agency to get a B-1 Business Visa. They responded quickly at any time, in a manner that made me suspect the emails were automatically generated. Since there was an error on their website and I could not complete the application process, they offered me an interactive call. They assured me a link would be sent in advance, which did not happen. After I reminded them, the link did not work. Then they told me they would contact me on Skype immediately, but nobody called. I contacted them, and they offered to reschedule the meeting. On the same afternoon, the same person sent me another automated email, totally out of the previous context, offering me to complete the form without knowing about our previous reschedule (same person, same name), confirming these are not real persons but automated AI responses. Never ever again!

You initially reached out through our contact form on July 27th seeking advice about visa options, and we provided complimentary consultation via email to help determine the most appropriate visa type for your situation. When you later attempted to begin the formal application process on August 1st and encountered technical difficulties, we tried calling and when we couldn't reach you we tried to accommodate your needs by offering alternative communication channels. The technical issues you experienced with the meeting links were unfortunate, and we understand your frustration. Although saddening to see a potential customer of ours going through such an experience, it has helped us identify and address important issues in our pre-sale communication process. We have since worked to prevent similar situations from occurring.
We also want to clarify that while we do use automated notifications for certain routine communications to ensure timely responses, our team consists of real legal professionals with vast experience in immigration cases who have worked successfully with thousands of our paid customers. One of our legal assistants will reach out by phone again to check if you still require assistance or you managed to set everything up to meet your travel plans.
We are grateful for your feedback, it certainly made us better.
