Great experience
Went for the charlton game and it was a great day out, service was excellent, seats where very comfortable, everything was very transparent and easy to follow, couldnt recommend yamin and the team enough

This was a superb experience
This was a superb experience using the Go Official website. I secured matchday tickets for West Ham vs. Wolves and couldn't be happier with how it turned out. Because Go Official is an official club ticketing partner, the purchase process felt completely secure and straightforward. On the day of the match, our location inside the London Stadium exceeded expectations—we had incredibly comfortable seats and a perfect, unobstructed view of the action. I will definitely use them again for future fixtures. 5/5 stars

Such an amazing day. The whole experience was great. West Ham staff were friendly which made the day even more special. Looking forwards to our next trip to the London stadium. I would 100% recommend!

I couldn't have asked for more. Great day all round.
It was my 50th Birthday and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Booking tickets worked seamlessly and our 6 tickets arrived by email as promised. On the match day from start to finish we were all looked after by the West Ham staff and the Go Official team. Getting the 3-0 result against Derby really helped, but honestly couldn't have asked for more. I will be booking tickets again using these guys!!

London Sstadium debut
Comunication was fast accurate and incredibly helpful. As a former West Ham junior whos been out of country for over 20 years my first tip to London Stadium (please find a name we can get behind !!) was an absolute treat. Took the boys to the Derby County game
Took the boys to the Derby County game, was given a free upgrade to the Briton lounge, where we met some of the westham legends. Really enjoyed the day so thank you to the go official team for sorting it all out. Will be booking again

5 stars – Fantastic experience
Really easy to book from start to finish and the team at Go Official were great throughout. Everything was straightforward and well organised, which made the whole experience completely hassle-free.
We had a thoroughly great day out at West Ham vs Derby and really enjoyed the whole matchday experience.
Would definitely use Go Official again and can’t wait for our next game. Highly recommended.

Absolutely brilliant experience from start to finish!
Had a fantastic experience with Go Official. The Great Britain hospitality was top tier — everything was really well organised, the atmosphere was brilliant, and the seats were absolutely amazing with a fantastic view.
It was also great to see some legends there, including Carlton Cole, which made the day even more special. There were plenty of opportunities to take some great pictures and really enjoy the occasion.
The atmosphere throughout the day was excellent, and you could tell a lot of effort had gone into making sure customers had a great experience.
A special shout-out to the main man Hassan, the director, who was there personally looking after customers and making sure everything was running smoothly. That level of customer service really stood out and made the experience even better.
Highly recommend Go Official — fantastic hospitality, great seats, brilliant atmosphere and excellent customer service. Will definitely be using them again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
