The entire experience with Black Tulip Funerals was organised and calm from start to finish. The facilities are beautifully designed and feel peaceful and rather than clinical. Our culture needs were acknowledged and handled with sensitivity, which meant a great deal to our family. Nothing felt overlooked, and everything was managed with professionalism and empathy.
Black Tulip Funerals offers a genuinely different approach to what we expected from a funeral provider. Having everything managed in one location made the experience far less stressful. The service felt personal and well considered, and the ability to live-stream the ceremony meant loved ones who couldn't attend still felt included. The balance of technology and compassion was handled very well.
