Booked a ticket for the West Ham vs Fulham Carabao Cup match in the Grest Briton lounge. Only decided to book the evening before the match. Immediate email confirmation and ticket received within 30 minutes. Will 100% be using Go Official again, amazing way to attend a game, lovely lounge, comfortable seats and the option to stay behind in comfort at the end of the match while crowds die down.

Really enjoyed the experience
Really enjoyed the experience, was better than I expected! Our only observation was when we first walked in we were given a wristband and then left to get on with it until we asked about food etc. Would have been nice to have had an explanation as we entered. Staff were all polite and food was great. Would be happy to do it again especially as we now know what to do!

The only way to watch the game
This was honestly my favourite experience of watching football I’ve had. From the moment you arrive you are greeted and feel really welcome. There is a buzz and great atmosphere in the lounges and the complimentary drink is a really nice touch. The best bit was the actual match experience. Not only is the view great but you have comfortable seating that has much more room than normal which was a bonus.
At half time there isn’t the usual big queues to get a quick drink and use the restrooms which make the experience feel more relaxed and at a calmer pace than usual.
Go Official really are a top company and they make you feel glad that you booked through them.
We can’t wait to catch our next game in hospitality as it’s changed the way we now watch football.

Loads of space to sit and enjoy a beer or two. Plenty of food options and a comfortable padded seat to enjoy the football. Highly recommend and would do it all again

Excellent experience.
Tickets arrived on time and we were upgraded to a VIP ticket/area in the ground. This included a dedicated entrance and bar and a complimentary drink each! Very surprised and very pleased.
