My previous review was responded to by 'Sandrea' online from Goodstack. I resubmitted the requested information (IRS non-profit status, work email contact info, website info, state filed formation papers bearing my name to prove association) a second time and was still rejected. I tried to resolve this using the help@goodstack,org email given by Sandrea and never heard back. I submitted all of our documents again and was rejected for not sending the documents I already provided! This is an offshore company that uses an AI chatbot on their website to replace human interaction which is a frustrating experience to say the least. When you read the negative postings, it's very hard to believe so many of the positive ones are legit. They suck at approving our company status but are very efficient at sending marketing emails. A 1 star rating is too high for this clown show.

The application process was easy and approval quick.

the requirements seem too black and white with no area for context or other information that could satisfy the requirements. We applied for and received non profit status with Google with about 1/4 the interaction.

You really dont check the documents properly, you just check the CNPJ e-mails, and theres so many important information on the others docs. .. Reviewing: I sent all originals and official docs signeg by brazilian authorits who gives me the cargo of president of A3N2, but my sobmission was denied because the email on CNPJ card didn't maches with my email , its occour because we hire an acconting companie to handle the legal and bureaucratic issues of our non profit organization. the email on tha CNPJ card was from this company, I already told them to put my e-mail instead, and they did it, so now, my email is on CNPJ card, even though, I still have no news regarding my approval, i guess it was denied one more time. We rushing we have 20 kids to helps and improve their live on swim, and without an email our project can't start, we are living with few donations and we don't have enough money to pay for an e-mail or website... without this acoount we cant register our kids. I kindly ask for your help , to solve this matter.

Well-organised process and at the end user is asked to wait for approval lasting up to three days.
Goodstack could make clearer though that email address used during the process will be the one being granted access to non-profit plans.

Quick, competent approval

Goodstack made the entire Google for Nonprofits verification process seamless and straightforward. As the Executive Director of Khair Association, a nonprofit focused on deceased care services in Saudi Arabia, I was pleasantly surprised by how efficiently the platform handled our eligibility verification.

Within a short time, we were approved and gained access to Google Workspace, Ad Grants ($10,000/month), YouTube Nonprofit, and Google Maps credits resources that will genuinely transform how we serve our community.

The process was transparent, the platform intuitive, and the outcome life-changing for our organization. Highly recommended for any nonprofit looking to unlock Google's support program.

The process took multiple days of emailing and uploading the same documents for goodstack to say they didn't receive the documents or the generic email of which documents to upload. It was a frustrating process with little support. The correct documents were uploaded multiple times and we still do not have access to a workspace. Would not go through goodstack.
