Bought an iPad Air all ok! It did take longer to come then they said but did have a tracking number to follow it!

Do not buy off this company total rip off !!! Bought my son an I pad air it was faulty wouldn’t even work and they are not even willing to exchange
This place needs to be closed down !!! Shop some where else they sell dodgy faulty goods

Bought a refurbished IPad Air from Goldboxdeals via the Groupon website in Sep 2017 - I paid £200. The device was to be offered as a Christmas gift to my husband, so it wasn’t even turned on until Christmas Day. It would not even turn on properly - black lines went across the Apple logo - then it froze completely! We took the device to an Apple store - the expert there was unable to restore the device & concluded they it was faulty. I have contacted Groupon several times- they don’t want to know & keep telling me to contact Goldbox deals directly. I have contacted Goldbox deals several times, they claim that the product is only offered with a 30 day warranty so they refuse to help me! I have contacted Groupon to complain that nowhere in the fine print of the ad does it mention a warranty of only 30 days & that their advert claims that the product is “refurbished and restored to a fully functional condition ...so that everything is according to the expected standard” which is obviously a false claim - but they are not interested. I am angry at myself for not having looked at reviews of this company before buying from them & for not having tested the device on receipt of it, but I now see the reviews from many other disgruntled customers whose devices may have worked initially, but then broke once the product was out of this ridiculous 30 day warranty. £200 is a lot of money to pay for something that only lasts a matter of weeks! I will never again buy a product sold by Goldbox deals and am intending to contact Trading Standards and the Advertising Standards Authority over Groupon.

Bought a "refurbished" iPad Mini from them via Groupon. It started developing a battery fault outside of the 30 day return period. Over a period of weeks it now won't hold its charge as soon as it is removed from the charger. They refuse to repair, replace or repay for the unit despite the fact that I am well within six months and the Consumer Rights Act states that they must do so. I am now taking this claim to the Small Claims Court. I have complained to Groupon and they have refused to help. I spent £210 on this faulty, second rate item and have received rude customer service from both Groupon and GoldBox. DO NOT DEAL WITH EITHER - THEY ARE NOTHING SHORT OF CRIMINALS

Ordered Apple Laptop via Groupon on 8th Dec.
Money debited my account on the same day and email confirmation from Groupon confirmed receipt and acknowledged order.
Advert did advise that delivery may be delayed during Xmas period. However it also clearly stated dispatch within 7 WORKING DAYS.
Before I ordered I contacted company direct who advised that item would be sent be 48 hr tracked Royal Mail Post. On this basis I should have received by Saturday 23 December Definatey.
Not the case. Contacted the company who at first advised they did not have the order, they then rescinded this when I sent the Groupon Confirmation. I was then told that the order had not yet been despatched. In fact they didn't even have in the warehouse. Now Wednesday 20th December.

Contacted my CC company who immediately refunded .

We're advised goods would be sent within 5 working day - given bank holidays and weekends this would take us up to around the 5th of January. For something I paid for on the 8th of December???

Wish I had read reviews beforehand. But thought Groupon was reputable and would not be a marketplace for cowboys. Sadly I was wrong. Will never use them again either.

I bought a refurbished ipad from groupon supplied by Goldbox, despite reading a lot of negative reviews of this company , the Ipad arrived within the delivery timescale and is fine apart from the charger which was useless and obviously from a cheap job lot from China. I ordered a replacement from Amazon for 6.99
And now have a perfectly fine Ipad for £114
Would i buy from Goldspot again? Yes too right.

I also had an absolutely appalling experience with goldbox deals their goods are not sale worthy and Groupon should stop trading their goods. I am currently trying to find a return address for the company, if anyone could be of help with this it would be much appreciated as I want to send my faulty laptop back to them as soon as possible. Thank you.

Bought an iPad 2 for my daughter's birthday. It stated on the order it came with 3 months warranty. A couple of months and used a few times it keeps freezing and kicking her out of what she's doing on it. I emailed groupon who said it was fine to return for a refund or I could have credit to the amount of £25. I chose refund and paid £5 to send it back.
I now have been told it's out of their warranty from 28th August and they're sending it back. I questioned why I was advised to send it back and they just said rudely that it's out of warranty.
I will be taking this further but I urge you to avoid groupon and goldbox! Rip off merchants!

Bought a refurb iPad 2 16GB for £114.99 through Groupon. I asked Goldbox what grade the device would be and was told 'B' .... which by their criteria means some inconsequential light marks and scratches.

It arrived quite quickly, but it was poorly packed and didn't even have any bubble wrap around it. It was simply sent in a cardboard box marked 'Fragile' with some polystyrene chips to protect it during transit - but not enough to completely bury it in the box.

The charging cable was just that, a cable without a plug for the USB connection so I had to use one of my own.

The device is quite scratched, but fair enough it is a refurbished tablet ... My main concern however was that the casing, where the charge port is, is dented and bent. So much so that the charger doesn't fit in the hole properly.

Wish I had seen these reviews before buying through Groupon. I've now emailed them asking for an exchange or refund which I'm entitled to during the first 14 days of purchase under Consumer Protection legislation.

I've also covered my back and raised a dispute with my credit card company who have now suspended my payment to Groupon. Still waiting for a reply back from Goldbox so we'll see what happens.

Horrendous. Purchased a pair of Michael Kors sunglasses from them via Groupon only for them to arrive & clearly are a fake item. Furious & not refusing to do anything about it and now not replying!

Ordered some Skull Candy head phones from them, delivery time was set at 7 working days.....one month later they don't even have them in stock yet, so how they can deliver in 7 days is beyond me.
they just kept fobbing me off on each communication

Ordered a MacBook Air for £599 on 25th of august 2017 (bank holiday U.K.) was told 7-10 working days for delivery. Around came the 8th sept and I was getting nervous after reading reviews on here, emailed sales@goldbox and got a reply within an hour stating it had been dispatched, checked Royal Mail and they had not received it into their network, emailed again and was told by a rep ( very polite and professional ) she would check with the warehouse, left it at that for 4 days, anyway came home Monday, Royal Mail signed missed delivery, picked up last Tuesday, other than a small scratch on the top left of the screen the laptop is immaculate! Works great and came with the latest OS, made up despite the wait! They maybe slow but saved over 400 with an apple refurb direct, and would I buy again?? U bet I would and this time try not to panic too early as I did, great customer service, product as advertised and a few days late! So what 👍

I know there has been a lot of negative reviews about this company but my own experience has been the opposite. I ordered a refurbished Ipad Air 32GB as a birthday present for my Mum on 9th September, 2017 through Groupon ( £220). By Monday I had come across several negative reviews about the company and was kicking myself for not checking them out before I ordered. Anyway, I had nothing to worry about. The Ipad was delivered 4 days later (tracked and signed for Royal Mail). Apart from a few trivial wear and tear scratches its absolutely fine. I own an Ipad AIr 2 myself so knew what to look out for in terms of functionality/faults. All good. I honestly cannot fault GoldBox Deals. My advice is not to worry too much (and dont read reviews!)

I ordered an iPad mini 3 which I am using to write this. £250 for iPad mini 3 64gb with 4G. It seemed too good to be true, so used credit card purchase through groupon just so that I had some protection through my credit card.

Goldbox deals registered a delivery with Royal Mail, but no parcel was received for a couple of weeks. I read reviews and feared the worst, so I emailed goldbox and got a reply, very quickly, saying they were awaiting a delivery and mine would be delivered asap.

iPad arrived in Jiffy bag inside a box well packed, with a lightning cable but no charger within a week of my e-mail. It is a refurbished unit, so I did not expect too much, but it is nearly perfect and exactly what I ordered.

Goldbox deals may be a bit slow on delivery, but I can't fault service or the goods. 4 stars from me.

NEVER buy from this company through Groupon. I bought a MacBook Air with slight scratches and indentations. When it arrived it was in a state of disrepair. More importantly the language was in French and I have been told by Apple Support I need to pay more to get them to resolve it. GoldBox email is undeliverable. A terrible experience.

Gold box deals are horrendous! We bought a I pad 4 from Gold Box Deals via Groupon. It arrived and worked fine to start with however after the grand total of 54 days the screen went blank and has not worked since. I tried to restore the IPad in iTunes and eventually went through Apple support to be told it was not worth repairing and I should buy another as it would be around the same cost. I bought this for my sons birthday and he was obviously very upset.
I email groupon who advised I spoke to Gold Box Deals and their response was the product only had 30 days warrenty and that was it. I replied to say that I though this was awful and was not advertised in groupon but I have not had a response back.
I have thrown my money down the drain. Do not use these people.

Utterly shameful, took £159 pounds from me through GROUPON yes GROUPON and now their email address is not accepting enquiries and GROUPON will not help me because they can't arrange a refund, they have to be authorised by goldboxdeals.

Got an iPad Air from gold box deals via groupon in January but it would not even power on so it was sent back. They finally after few weeks replaced it with another one and I happy can say I was given a 128gb to replace my 64gb, but after a month the screen froze and was totally unresponsive even to restore via iTunes etc. I was sent labels to return for repair and it went away on 21 march, never to be seen again. They did receive it from royal mai as its marked delivered but that was it. Sales kept saying just wait but eventually they even stopped replying to my emails. I tried to call them but guess what their phone number doesn't work - no surprise as it's listed as 0123456789!!!

Purchased an iPad Air 2 Gold WiFi 4G 168 GB. Buyer paid promptly and was promised to deliver item within 7 working days but failed to do so and it is now well over 12 days since purchased but no item arrive. Communication is very poor and tracking they provide doesn't work.
Don't trust this seller!
