APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I ordered a refurbished iPad air for my daughter's Xmas present via groupon. At first it wasn't keeping the charge for longer than an hour. After a few weeks it was needing charged after 5-10 mins use. I contacted goldbox deals who stated that there was a 30 day warranty and there was nothing they could do to help. They then blocked my email address so I couldn't contact them further.
I contacted Groupon who were absolutely useless and am still waiting for them to provide an address so that I can start formal proceedings against them.
Both Groupon and Goldbox deals have abysmal customer service. Next step.....small claims court.

Last week I ordered a refurbished iPad 3. Delivered today -within 7 days as advertised- in a regular brown box. There is a small dent in the corner. Not a problem as it’s going into the cover of my old ipad.

Ordered my new ipad on Tuesday. Purchase when smoothly. Item was delivered on Saturday at a reasonable time.
I was extremely happy with the whole process and honestly a little surprised after some of the negative feedbacks below.

I purchased an iPad from Groupon in December it was second hand which was ok with me but I was having so many problems with it that I took it to the Apple store.
They have told me that the previous owner had still left her signing in information on the iPad therefore I cannot use the iPad at all

Purchasing a Macbook Pro from Gold Box Deals, the first time I've bought from them and the service was good. Good deals and great communication from their staff that answered my questions promptly.

Was just about to purchase an iPad 3 for my granddaughter but decided to read reviews first although there seem to be a few people who are happy there are lots of disgruntled people who have purchased similar items to what I want to buy and taken everything into account I will be looking elsewhere.

I would like to say , were a business has failed in service delivery and then rectify it .

They need to be given credit , my laptops finally arrived and GbD actually upgraded both my MacBooks to a higher spec , happy with my purchase .

All l will advise is for them to try and stick to delivery times as stated and were issues arise , to clearly advise their customers .

Found TrustPilot site after ordering from Gold Box Deals and wondered whether I'd be in for a nail-biting time. Absolutely no problems. Delivery was slightly longer than suggested but accurate tracking info kept me informed all the way.
Saved a shed-load on price so bought a decent refurbished laptop from them with the savings. Would definitely use again.

Do not think twice. Just received my refurbished macbook pro. It looks amazing

Purchased a Samsung smartwatch, supposedly refurbished and in full working order. However the watch is still synced to the original owners so it can't be activated. Worse still, this is a USA product so Samsung UK cannot assist. The watch has been returned to Goldboxfor repair, but this has now been 4 months and they do not respond to emails. So, Goldbox conned me out of £150 for a watch that doesn't work, and which they now have back in their possession, which they will probably sell to another unsuspecting customer.
Does anyone have an address for Goldbox as I will either be pursuing this through the small claims court or staging a sit-in/demonstration at their offices. Anyone else want to stand up to these con artists??

I bought refurbished iPad air late January, Super fast delivery, product is exactly as promised. I'm very worried that it's going to have some cosmetic flaws like scratches, dents, etc. It has but I am using with cover.

Really sorry I have not read these reviews before buying goods from Goldboxdeals. Bought a refurbished Ipad air 2 128gb with a defective battery through Groupon. Best advice is to get Trading Standards and small claims court involved on this. Disgraceful.
