Our professional technicians will install and set up your new Wi-Fi so that you have wall-to-wall coverage with no dead spots. They’ll connect all of your devices (phones, computers, TVs, smart devices, etc.) so that your home is working just the way you want it to.
Make sure that you have provided Kinetic with your current phone number and arrange for someone 18 years or older to be present at the time of installation. Otherwise, your appointment will need to be rescheduled and result in a delay in setting up your Kinetic Wi-Fi service.
During your Whole Home Wi-Fi Set Up, the technician will confirm all connections are working both inside and outside your home and install new wiring if necessary. The gateway is set up, then the technician assesses the Wi-Fi environment and makes recommendations for what you may need to optimize the signal throughout your home, such as additional Whole Home Equipment. Once the best possible Wi-Fi connection is verified, they will make sure your devices are signed in and ready to be used on your new network.
Technicians will only enter rooms with your permission. If certain areas in your home are inaccessible or restricted, just let them know. However, be aware they can only certify your Wi-Fi signal in the sections of your home they’re able to inspect.
Protecting your property is our priority. Our technicians use precise tools and techniques to minimize disruption to your yard. When burying a fiber line, we create a small, clean groove which is immediately filled in as we proceed. This helps ensure minimal visible impact once the line is buried. If there's anything you’re specifically worried about, just let your technician know.

I've called several times to get help with my emails, and other computer problems and with my tv. No matter when I've called I've been given great service. The people have been very kind, even though I know very little, and by no means am I tech savvy. The people who work there take time to tell me what I need to do, and they don't ever get angry or upset. That helps so much, and it makes me know that having been a customer for over 19 years has been a great choice to remain with your company.

I just moved and had my Kinetic service transferred to my new home. The Technician had the service running in 1 and 1/2 hours, and started from scratch since the home is new.

I was trying to setup my voicemail the code wouldn't be recognized so I call customer service and gave my information only to be transferred to someone else and again and again I had to give all my information to everyone single person I talked to. I was on the phone for at least a half hour, I must have talked to six different people and guess what still no one could help getting it set up. Regretting getting this service no customer service that can resolve any issues it took almost a month to get our house number transferred and the phone service is not unlimited calls, plus we were not supposed to have a bill for three months now I have a passed due Bill it's only been two months I'm thinking about going to Xfinity again.

Immediately notified about service being down. Good about estimating more or less when service will be restored. Service was restored sooner than the time given.

All I can say is they did their best. I needed a new modem, mine couldn't be fixed. It was sent and I was told it would be here in 1-2 business days. On day 4 it still hadn't arrived. I called in and was told UPS lost it. Another one was overnighted which came the next day. In activating it I called tech support for help to change the username and password to one of my choosing. The "edit" I was told to click on was NOT there, which caused us both frustration. It was finally there the next day, so obviously it takes some time for it to show up on the portal. NOW, surprise, yesterday I received another modem, the one that was lost! Now I have 2 modems to return, no box to send the original one in and no return labels. I lost my internet when we had a huge storm and it couldn't be reactivated by tech support. Everyone tried their best but this has been a mess and it cost me $50 on my cell phone bill for data overage as I don't have unlimited and had to rely on my phone for a week while I waited for a fix. UGH. This has not been a good experience.

I can find what I want to know quickly. Easily to resolve any billing questions without wading through lots of things I have no interest in. The Eero app that is used with the routers is also excellent…once it’s installed.
