I had such a positive experience with Go-Ahead London that I felt I had to share it. I recently lost my phone on one of their buses and was really worried I’d never see it again.
However, the team went above and beyond to help me. They took my situation seriously, checked thoroughly, and guided me through the process until my phone was found at their garage. The staff were incredibly kind, patient, and professional throughout it really made a stressful situation so much easier.
I’m genuinely grateful for their honesty and effort. It’s not every day you come across such helpful and dedicated service. Thank you so much to everyone involved!
Bus 131 route is delayed and infrequent
Bus 131 route is dire. Yesterday on Easter Sunday, I waited at Raynes Park station for over 20 minutes for the 131 bus from 9:38am. When the bus arrived at 10am, it showed 'Not in Service' and then the driver changed it and displayed the number 131 at the last minute, so I nearly missed the bus. It was freezing cold and I regretted not taking the train to New Malden and walking to my destination instead of waiting for this unreliable service. Ultimately it took me one hour by train and bus - so I was 15 minutes late. Utterly unimpressed by this terrible service.
Poor service
I am writing to inform Go_Ahead running the no 115 and 15 route to London city to Poplar . As you feel you don't have to respond to my reviews . I have now made a complaint to TFL.
I have asked them to investigate this poor service, terminations and general running of the no 15 routes.
The overload of the the 115 service because, it seems , you do not have enough buses. I am sending updates and images to TFL everyday. I know there are delays , but this happens constantly. The bus drivers of the 115 are pushed to their limit, stressed and that level of stress could affect their driving.
They are mainly irritable at the best of times. I will keep you updated on TFLs response,

Dangerous buses not maintained
I got on the 108 bus which uses Alexander Dennis Enviro 200EV’s which are supposed to be electric. The back of the bus had smoke coming out. The driver did not care in the least. Just for reference the license plate is: lj66cgf

Lateness and not riding on destination
I am really disappointed about the disrespect that some 473 drivers have towards the users. It is the third time that the drivers stop at the middle of the destination making the people late. Today around 8:45 the 473 going to Stratford was worst. The bus comes will 20 min delay and handover was " not need to rush" ,which the next driver followed ,hesitating to turn on right at the roundabout at Connaught bridge,and let us in the middle of the road by turning on " the out of service" . People are using the taxis to continue their route. Really sad. Only the bus driver of the bus LF74TVD drove on destination. I come late ,wait for 20 min and expenses unattended at Uber.
162 driver
Really friendly and polite driver on the 162 made my journey very easy and very pleasant. Was more than happy to help all the passengers. was lovely to see so had to write a review. driver was called Chris
Buses are more likely to be late than on time
Not always late, but late 2/3 of the time. It's a shame that the unfriendly drivers ruin the image for the nice ones but you'll find that most of them are unfriendly anyway. Don't risk it, get a different mode of transport.
Nearly 2 hours waiting time
In one day in 2 different areas of London ( Rainham Essex and Barnes)my total waiting time was 1 hour and 50 minutes, only for 2 journeys. This bus company is a joke.
They use 14-year-old diesel buses and issue tickets by saying Fastrack Electric.

Hit and run
Awful company, they let one of their bus drivers get away with a hit and run because "It is not sustainable to check the CCTV footage". Absolutely appalling.
Bus drivers who smoke drugs and nothing is done about it.

I’m surprised that this company lets its drivers drive buses when they smoke drugs but I have made complaints to GoAhead London who can not be bothered to reply and even TFL has told them so many times but GoAhead London can not be bothered to do anything about there drivers and it is a accident waiting to happen.

Treat all drivers at all pay levels with an equal amount of respect and not just as replaceable numbers to save the company money.they relentlessly pull you in for something small thats been supposively complained about by a passenger then they trawl through the cctv to try and get something on you.this then becomes a regular thing and eventualy pushed out of the door.the management are all best of friends so during their meetings theyre discussing higher paid drivers and ways to justify their own jobs in fear they could lose their own titles classed as not needed by the two companies that own us.go to stagecoach,abelio or arriva.go aheads top rate of £20.per hour is just a draw in to top up their drivers amount then get rid of the highest paid

Another poor bus service. When you are waiting 45 minutes for a 77 bus .
It's about time these poor service were fined. If the price of travel goes up but they can't turn up. Fine them .
Maybe then they will understand we pay for a service. And get rid of Sadik Khan. Since he's been mayor crime has increased prices of transport keeps going up and nowhere does London get value for what they pay for. Clean air requires a reliable system of transportation it should not take two hours to go from st Paul's to vauxhall. Riding a bike to work is not an option. Had two stolen .
EXCEPTIONAL DRIVER SERVICE from Go Ahead London
This is a well overdue review of what, for me, will be a lifetime memory !! It's about totally EXCEPTIONAL DRIVER SERVICE from a 176 bus driver (Leonard .. perhaps Lennard ?). On 23 March 2022, I took my cat on an emergency visit to our vet in Lordship Lane AND, being anxious and in a hurry, managed to leave my mobile phone in a small leather bag on the bus. I tried phoning the mobile using my daughter's phone and, through repeated calling to the mobile in my lost bag, eventually managed to speak to the bus driver who was, by then, at Tottenham Court Road on a break, I believe. He was simply WONDERFUL ! He immediately told me he was on a return run 'shortly', gave his bus no (LTZ 1430) and that he could hand me the bag as he passed Lordship Lane if I was there. So, it all ended perfectly - I got the phone back but, EVEN MORE, had a wonderful experience that I will always remember. Just VERY, VERY SPECIAL ... My special thanks to the driver and Go Ahead London ... and to the customer who handed my bag to him and for all the such kind experience .... it was truly exceptional and uplifting !!
Goahead buses speed causes disturbance and damage.
Goahead buses drive over the speedbump outside my house at a speed that causes it to shake.
The speed limit on the street is 20mph.
I have complained to TFL, who said they would pass on the complaint to GoAhead, but the buses continue to drive over the speedbump at speed.
