Gave me a quote and emailed and text saying a carrier excepted and will pick up next day. Then 5 hours later after I had everything in place with the seller they told me it was $475 more I owned over the contract I signed. Stay Away!

Why is 0 not an option for a rating. Criminal services. Uninsured drivers, deliverer damaged my Aston Martin vehicle. Refused bill of lading. Provided false documentation. Contacts who answer phone saying "owner is out of the country". BBB has suspended this companies credidation. Filed complaint with BBB who replied that the "company did not reply to their request for communication"

Never got my truck transported. Week later still no call back no email no nothing. Horrible customer service.

They scammed me for 500 dollars isk what type of business this is but I want my money back and I will be going to the police

This is a bait and switch company. They will give you a good price and reassure you your vehicle will get there on time. Once you sign up they will switch the price and location on you without you signing a new contract or agreeing to it. Then when you question them and cancel they will charge you a fee and refuse to give it back to you stating in the contract it says they can increase the fees without you signing a new contract. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY they will take your money and do nothing for you

**Communication**:
• Easy to respond and very upbeat communications initially from Riley. However, she did a “bait and switch” on the pricing (explained below). When I approached Riley for help on damage issue with Carrier (explained below) absolutely no response/help to my email/text sent on Aug 7.
• Briefly explained the process initially but did not go over details/terms in detail like some other Brokers did. My fault for esigning a contract and giving my credit card without the carrier/driver being approved/actual price. DO NOT give a credit card/sign a contract until the Broker confirms the driver and the final price!!
**Pricing**:
• Told me to cancel my communication with 2 other Brokers I was dealing with before and promised me a lower rate than them. Agreed, and proceeded.
• Without any warning or explanation, I was sent a new contract to e-sign for the higher price (more than the other 2 previous Brokers I was dealing with!). The initial price quoted was $350+ lower than the actual bid accepted by the Carrier. I called and asked for an explanation. Asked to cancel my contract but I was cornered since she took my credit card during the 1st lower bid interaction and charged my card for their part and said they will not refund it if I back out now. So I asked to resubmit for a lower bid, which Riley complied with and came back and got done same day. Still higher than what she promised initially but acceptable. Work on being fair and transparent needs major improvement.
**Punctuality**:
• The transport happened on the promised schedule, and even got the car a few days earlier than the quoted window. The contract I signed with Riely said tracking was part of the benefits offered, however when I approached the Carrier they said they do not provide such service!
**Professionalism in Vehicle Handling**:
• The broker and driver were not professional in their interactions overall. The car was damaged as noticed upon delivery, which the Carrier failed to mention/get photos on the Bill of Lading (BOL) when picking up the car from the dealership. The Carrier did however note the damage ~2 hours later, ~7 miles away by taking a picture and uploading it onto their database/software. When asked why they did not note it on the initial BOL – they said it was not seen until he was loading another car at a later time/place. The Carrier refused to handle the case/help file a claim with their insurance co., and the Broker gave me the silent treatment as mentioned. So I am stuck with a $700-1000 body damage/paint job.
**Overall**: I would not do business with this Broker. Shop around for best rating/price and only pay/sign a contract once the Broker confirms FINAL price. Hope this review helps someone out there.

Absolutely horrible, if I could leave negative stars I would. Signed a contract for one price, the day before pick up tried to charge $300 more. Said we were getting "white glove treatment", said they deal with high end cars all of the time. Our car was transported in what looked like a horse trailer being towed by a pickup. Joe, our contact was a bully and constantly talked over me. Just horrible, keep far, far away from this company.

I called around to different companies to get a quote and came across Transport Masters USA. The gentleman was very knowledgeable, kind, and efficient. He gave me about the quote as other companies but the difference was his customer service. He was very patient and easy to talk to. If I ever have to transport another vehicle cross country I will definitely be using them!! Thank you!!

This company dispatches transport at a higher price than contracted without customer consent or approval. Even if you cancel the contract because you did not agree to pay over the contracted amount, they charge your credit card and refuse to credit your account. Complete rip-off and worse, they use Veterans to get your business and rip you off.

I thought that everything was going well. My agent, Carlton, even though he wasn't as communicative as I would have liked, seemed to be on the ball. Professional seeming contract. Informed myself and the auto dealer that the transporter would be at the dealer before noon to pick up my car. Transporter never showed up. I tried to call Carlton and left a message. No reply. Sent several text messages, no reply. Called again and left a message. Sent another text message asking what was going on, it was a little more than an hour before the dealer closed. Finally got a text message back telling me that I had double booked with another transport company and that I needed to cancel that contract before they could ship my car. I never contracted with another company. I texted Carlton back trying to get more information and then called and finally got theough. He told me that Neptune shipping had somehow listed my vehicle on the Transport Board to ship. After calling Neptune and chewing them out for making me miss my vehicle shipment I called Carlton back, informed him it was removed and asked when he had found out about the problem. Could not get a straight answer and he finally told me that it was sometime today. I told him that if he had of informed yesterday or even this morning I could have gotten it cleared up and not miss the shipping. Then I canceled the contract. Communication is the key to business and it was definitely lacking here.

I can write that the entire experience from initial quote to customer support to final completion upon delivery of my out of state purchased vehicle was positive and stress free. I have shipped a few vehicles over the years and Carlton made this easy. Good job Transport Masters! This is an unsolicited review. Someone was there 24/7 to assist when needed. My vehicle arrived on time as promised. They won't be the least expensive but they are very conscientious and Carlton was a delight to work with. Thank you all including the driver for getting my shipped vehicle here. You've earned my future business and referral.
