Jake H had a lot of jobs to get through before us, with more to attend after on a busy cold evening ... but was still friendly, polite and worked through the causes of our leaks, solving them both. Really pleased he got to us!

Brandon did an excellent job and explained what he was doing throughout the whole process. Made sure the balance was secure with jointing compound which was not strictly necessary but an excellent addition. Thank so much.

as I thought I had a leak in my roof - amazing service had a text from go2gas advising me of what time they should be with me. Two days of no heat in a living and business area. This company were sent as part of an insurance policy I have. The slot was 9 to 6 originally and I was giving up by 8 when a very personable call came saying they were on the way, I have never encountered service like this. Fantastic approach and amazing diagnostic skills. Literally got to the heart of it all in seconds. And didn’t make me feel stupid! Thank you to the lovely Jamie and I am definitly going to be using this company again. Totally amazing service.

Brandon came to look at a kitchen sink leak just before Christmas. Although we had to wait longer than we would have liked for the appointment, he was worth the wait. He was thorough, polite and checked everything for us before he left. We were so relieved he fixed the problem for us and checked everything else under the sink whilst he was with us.

Professional and thorough servicing of boiler.

Boiler repair had been attempted by others and failed. Direct Line Insurance arranged go2gas visit on New Year's Eve as it was classified as a Home Emergency under my policy and it was fixed, including a replacement part, in 25 minutes. Very thankful.

My Direct line home insurance recommended to give them a call regarding my boiler. I called and been told they only deal directly with direct line insurance claims with customer with home emergency included in their plan. Direct line confirmed that although my plan doesn’t include the emergency service, I will still be able to use their services and pay directly . Go2gas reused to take the job unless claimed by direct line insurance. The receptionist jsut hanged up on me! Well go2gas only deals with customers with home emergency plan. No need to call . They hang up on you .

They spent two hours wasting time and making our boiler even worst before telling us we need a new diverter valve.

Then called Vailliant and Vailliant engineer said another engineer had messed around and put in wrong diverter valve and voided Vailliant guarantee. The engineer also left loose washers and screws and tissue paper inside the boiler.

Absolutely useless conmen

Jake (the engineer) was polite, friendly and a good communicator. He worked hard and effectively. He was a pleasure to meet and a good ambassador for Go2Gas Solutions Ltd. 5 stars for Jake

The only issue came via the company who said that the claim was not valid as we had another toilet. However, as the mains water had to be turned off because the isolator had broken and so could not stop the leak we would never have been able to use our other toilets as they were starved of a water supply of any kind. Therefore. IT IS AN EMERGENCY and meets the insurance claim criteria.
If it is ratified as a claim, do I get my money back 🤔??

Our boiler had gone off and we have been waiting for ages to get it fixed. In the end we went to our insurance and Roger came out via Admiral. He couldn’t find our house but kept going knowing we were stuck in the cold in December, he was hugely helpful, fixed it in 20 mins and gave us some great advice having just moved to the house about how to maintain the boiler. Great guy and company! We would 100% recommend.

Costica was very thorough and efficient in repairing plumbing works under the kitchen sink. Would highly recommend Go2Gas.

Deserves no stars! First engineer correctly diagnosed part needs replacing. Nearly 2 weeks later another engineer comes with no parts says boiler unsafe and needs replacing. 2nd opinion taken from Vailant directly, they replaced faulty pressure sensor f75 common fault code, a seal, tightened stopcck, carried out flue safety checks, all good working in an hour, plenty life in boiler. DON'T USE GO2GAS - YOU'VE BEEN WARNED - bunch of cow boys, caused so much inconvenience, poor communication, poor workmanship, left place mess, needed rags & kitchen tissue, very unprofessional and inconsiderate. Complaint raised with insurers. Company needs reporting to trading standards. New boiler would be £2,500 v couple hundred pound fix. How can you get this so wrong. Go2rubbish!

Costica, who was the plumber that arrived to help us did a great job. He replace all the damaged parts and explained all the work done. He was clean and tidy. Thank you.
