We had go2gas come out for a emergency appointment the engineer Jake H came out with a very professional manner the work that he done was amazing couldn't fault it one bit Jake was very clean and tidy and didn't leave anything behind.

We recently faced issues with our heating system and initially called an independent engineer, who spent four frustrating days trying to fix the problem. He ultimately suggested we needed a new PCB motherboard, leaving us without heating or hot water and no resolution in sight.

Desperate for a solution, we contacted Go To Gas Solutions Limited—and what a difference! They promptly sent out Thomaz, an exceptional engineer. He was incredibly knowledgeable, approachable, and efficient. Within just 30 minutes, Thomaz diagnosed and resolved the issue by rewiring the control box. What took the previous engineer four days of fruitless effort, Thomaz handled with expertise and ease.

From booking the appointment to their outstanding customer service, the entire Go 2 Gas Solutions team demonstrated professionalism at every step. We now have heating and hot water again, all thanks to Thomaz and this fantastic company.

Ryan was brilliant, our boiler had an error and he quickly diagnosed the problem and explained it fully to us before fixing it. Unfortunately when he fixed it, it tripped a fuse, this kept happening but Ryan persevered and fixed this issue too. He was friendly and polite and had a great sense of humour. We will definitely use the company again and wouldn't think twice about letting Ryan help again.

Emergency call out for blocked drain job well done. Attended by Costica who was courteous, on time, sorted the problem quickly.

My boiler first went wrong 10 days ago on 17th November:
• Go to Gas couldn't “attend” until Tuesday 19th, they didn’t even show up to this appointment, they phoned at 11pm to say they wouldn’t attend.
• They eventually turned up on the 18th for 5mins to diagnose that the boiler needed parts which they had to order.
• Parts took 6 days to arrive, so they booked in to “attend” today 27th November. Another no-show, apparently the driver just drove home without telling anyone - probably wanted to get home in time for the Champions League.

10 days without heating or hot water in the coldest period of the year.

Could be the worst customer service I’ve experienced in my life!
