Great products, poor service
Really good products but not great service, paid extra for next day delivery and took the following day off from work to do the works (ran a full new chimney for my pizza oven), various comms to them and in the end refunded the difference between normal and next day delivery yet wasted a day off work...

Rubbish! Had to pay an extra £9.40 on top of a delivery charge already paid as the item was with Royal Mail having not had enough postage paid on it!

We are so sorry for the inconvenience caused, our parcel carrier mistakenly delivered a cage of parcels meant for Yodel to Royal Mail. Accordingly, they didn't have any Royal Mail labels on, so Royal Mail have been delivering them and charging our customers. This is a very rare and unfortunate event. I am very sorry that your parcel got caught up in this, we have, of course refunded the extra postage paid in full to you.

Brilliant service. After another company letting me down, i ordered from here. The service was quick and the glass was perfect. Will definitely be using this company in the future.

Products were excellent but...
Products were excellent. However postage pricecwas £13 for 2 items, that were in one small packet, so way over charged on postage. Not that impressed with this aspect

Parts supplied excellent but.....
Parts supplied excellent. However, quite small packet that could have been sent by a much cheaper method but still charged £13 for shipping which is outrageous and frankly feels unpalatable. Not impressed when I saw size of packet received. I was also a returning customer which clearly makes no difference

Excellent service, fast delivery fits well
Excellent service, came quickly and was well protected, fits perfectly not much else to say for a piece of glass ordered on line with zero human interaction. but would defiantly use again if the need arises

Today I ordered my 4th glass
Today I ordered my 4th glass, all which have broken whilst trying to fit. For the first 3 it is possible that I gave the wrong measurements, but for this last one I know the measurements were correct. However the glass which came had the same size as the recess,so its only natural that something had to give ie broken glass. The problem that I see is that no one told me a reduction had to be made for expansion. When I first ordered a glass I mentioned the expansion and was told this would be done automatically, which wasn't. However this time you gave me a reduction of 2mm all round. So all I can say is wait till this one comes and then see what happens. Lets hope there is a great improvement. Yours faithfully G.Hebden

Our Made To Measure glass cutting service provides our customers with the option to select precise measurements for a multitude of stoves/appliances. Due to this, we rely on our customers confirming the exact measurements in millimetres to ensure an accurate fit to these requirements. The measurements provided changed by several millimetres for each order, at which point our representative recommended seeking the advice of a chimney sweep for direct assistance/clarification before ordering, to ensure you receive what is required. We do hope this order is suitable on this occasion.
