Not happy. These policy I have are a joke. I have spent more than worth and if I cancel and go some were else I lose over 12,000.00. I am reporting you. You take advantage of seniors. You should tell upfront that you are a scam.

Getting through to this company, regardless of whether you call first thing in the AM on a Tuesday or end of day on a Thursday, the hold times are ridiculously long. That would not be an issue if the customer service reps were helpful and courteous, which has been a rarity since I have become payer on the policy. Getting correct and helpful, explanatory answers is next to impossible with most of your representatives.

Second and most pressing detail here is I can go ahead and make a payment via telephone, but everytime I try to set up an account online as is encouraged to do by your rude and unhelpful employees, I am told my account doesn't exist. HOW does my account not exist?! You literally just took my $ for a payment.

This is a sheisty company. I wouldn't do business with you people at all if my guardian hadn't already set this up for me decades ago.

Globe Life is patient with me and has always offered me exceptional deals over the course of years. I complete all my transactions online and have not had a single problem with paying or adding more insurance. It is a lot easier then people think, even for those over 40.

I was able to login and pay my premiums that were due, with no problem.

Old outdated method of doing business. They flood my mailbox with tons of junk mail which is labeled with lies, that the mail inside is important. I’m in a good mood today, they should get 1 star.

I had policies through Globe Life since my kids were very small. When they left home, I gave them their policies and asked them to keep them up. Did they? No idea. But I have kept the policy on my daughter, as I know she wouldn't do it. Have recently purchased policies for my three grt grandchildren. Hopefully, when I am gone their parents will continue to keep those policies current. I give Glove Life a very high recommendation.

This company got a free 53.00 by double billing me in the same month. And it will be a hassle to get the refund. I just dont understand how they can do this and then make it a lot of red tape to get back. Thanks Globe Life for making me short on a bill for an unauthorized payment.

I contacted that website, turned away because i have to show proof, but another rep could clearly see it was debited twice It's ok because i will dispute the transaction with my bank.

with customer service representative. He was able to resolve issue and updated my information as needed.

After 3 phone calls and 4 emails to close my policy and stop the auto payments they have not done so and not refunded me my money. Plus after 3 requests no supervisor has called me back as promised. I am now disputing the charges and likely have to close the account.

After being transferred 3 times, and having to answer many ID questions each time, i reached the right person.
I wanted to cancel my policy. She disconnected my call.

Submit information and get emails back asking for the exact same information that was in the original email. Not an easy process.

My question was answered promptly and accurately.
I'm not positive on the date. Maybe on June 3.

Prior to calling, I went on the website to try and update my address. I could change a phone number or an email but not my mailing address. I looked everywhere. So, Monday morning I call to get the address changed. The agent immediately tells me I could have done this on the website. I responded that, no, I can't. I already tried. She then starts talking over me. I tell her again I need to change the address on my two policies. She's rude this entire time. She updates the first policy and tries to end the call. I stop her and let her know I need the other policy updated also. She says she already did - without letting me know. A little positive communication goes a long way in leaving a positive impression!

Globe life advertises no health questions. That is a COMPLETE lie!!! I applied for $10,000.00 for burial and was soon getting a call asking my life health history. Being in law enforcement before disabled I knew this was a HIPPA violation. 10 years in jail and/or $10,000.00 fine. There was no HIPPA clause related. I told the Philippine call center girl and all she said was “well you don’t have to answer”. Globe life allows criminal activity! It is your choice.

BEWARE BUYERS READ THE FINE PRINT..They tell me my first month of insurance was $1 they charged my bank account the full $18.65 when I realized how much they were going to charge me a couple years down the line I tried to cancel they already took the payment then they tell me I have to go through a big ordeal to do it in writing for $18 after 2 weeks had passed and I made three phone calls before the final phone call told me about doing it and writing the first two Representatives apparently didn't know their jobs. Then they tell me to contact them after I did this review I sent an email with no reply does not Shock Me.. two weeks later have edited this review two more times still no reply way to go Globe Life

Globe life is constantly saying reach out via email on my review but each time they never reply back or call and that’s because it’s a scam this insurance company isn’t straightforward at all and once customers find out they are being scammed/tricked into something they didn’t agree to they just never respond or refuse to give you a straightforward answer! Globe life you have my phone number and email so please reach out I’m tired of this company telling me to reach out and I’m not getting any response back!!! BBB IS NEXT!
