Nicole, the rep I spoke with was very kind and helpful! She took care of my issue right away.

Great service, was able to easily update my banking and beneficiary information. Customer service rep was super helpful and down to earth. Good people, good company.

The process is getting better but still needs improvement. I made a payment, then 3 days later I'm getting an email about late payment or what I owe. The automated system needs to catch up with the payments I've made. Is it possible to make a payment ahead of time if we like, instead of monthly like we did in the past? Is this still an option?

The new web page is not user friendly and doesn't provide as much information as the old page. Also, when I scheduled my payment your system changed the date. Lastly, no one has ever responded to my emails!

I have had this life insurance many years on my children. Anytime I call I am very satisfied with the outcome, problem always resolved and the representatives are kind

It’s very difficult to simply pay our policies online. I have found this to be the case for the last year or so. The payment process is not very navigable.

They kept hanging up on me when I called back and was never able to help me get my online login to work. Told me she was not able to stay on the phone with me. I asked for someone else she said she would connect me with her manager but hung up on me.

I surrendered a policy that my mother set up and they mailed the check to the wrong address. I provided them with the correct address. I doubt that I will ever see that money seeing that it was sent to the wrong address. Not a happy camper.

I’ve had a policy for me & both of my parents with Globe Life for years. I wanted to change the policy to a whole life instead of term life. Me & my mother were told by two customer service reps that my policy could be switched to whole life for an additional monthly cost, however, my parents were to old & a new policy would have to be started. No problem. I decided after speaking with my parents that I wanted to cancel all 3 policies & start a new one. Once I shared this with the customer service rep we mysteriously got disconnect from the call. I called back & went through all the long prompts. When i got to a rep again & explained the situation & that I wanted to cancel all 3 policies we mysteriously got disconnected again. Between me & my mom we’ve made 6 calls all together & still haven’t gotten what we called for. Now, I’m taking my business to an entirely different company.

I applied for a job with this company through indeed back in June. I was contacted to join a virtual group interview for this company via zoom. I did some research about the company and decided I did not want to interview for the position. A recruiter reached out to me about not attending the interview and I let them know I was no longer interested. Since then, I have received several emails and texts from multiple different phone numbers. Every single time I tell this company I am no longer interested in the position, I receive another text from a different phone number. I have even removed my application from indeed for this job, and yet they still will not remove my phone number from their list. I have never in my life experienced a company so desperate for employees that they go to the extent of harassing an applicant via repeated nuisance follow up. PLEASE LOOSE MY PHONE NUMBER THIS IS RIDICULOUS.

Easy to understand this new set up to pay. I'm 82 years old and a lot of these are not easy for older folks.

The Globe Life representative was professional, knowledgeable. efficient, and customer service oriented. I have trusted Globe Life for many years.

I called to update my credit card information and after 8-10 times entering info per the AI bot still could not get transfer or information entered. NEED to have humans answer phone first time!!!! Employ a human!

This COMPANY Is full of BS! You pay on this insurance for life and family takes over payment because your getting sicker, but the company stops talking to you the one that built the insurance up to where it is like NOTHING! You
can't know anything else unless the family member is right there. BS!

I needed to change our address. I searched high and low to find where to do this. It took me quite a while. Maybe a savvy tech person can do it easily but just a regular person can't. Make it easier please!

never got to speak to customer service kept telling toe press for operator continue to tell the number was invalid over and over.

I used the online payment for 3 policies. I noticed that the payment section had changed and at first, I made one payment separately. I realized that there is a way to make a payment for multiple policies at one time like before. I was relieved.

Hard to navigate to my carrier snd once there, no option to view submitted claims. Worthless.
