Holiday transfers
Driver arrived in good time for transfer from Glasgow across to Edinburgh airport. Pleasant man and comfortable travel.
Flight delayed on return transfer by one hour, email to notify GLA and passed onto driver.
Driver there on arrival, just required a call to him to find his location, he sought us out to accompany him to car.
Pleasant and friendly, made sure we were comfortable for temperature in the car.
Cars immaculate.
Booking easily managed online.
Would not hesitate to use this company again.
Highly rate them.

Thank you so much, this is a really thorough review and we appreciate every bit of it!
The Glasgow to Edinburgh Airport run is a route we do regularly and it's great to hear the outbound journey went smoothly. The return is where things get more interesting with a one hour delay, and that's exactly the kind of situation our flight monitoring is built for. The delay gets flagged, passed to the driver, and your pickup adjusts accordingly. No standing around at arrivals wondering where your car is.
A quick call to locate each other and your driver coming to find you rather than the other way around is a nice touch too, it's the small things that make a return transfer after a long journey that bit easier.
Comfortable ride, immaculate car, temperature checked, easy online booking. Really glad it all came together both ways.
We'd love to look after you again on the next trip.

Reliable option
The booking process is really straightforward, and although the driver was a bit late.due to an M8 accident, he kept us updated so we were able to wait for 20 minutes inside the terminal.

Thank you for this and for your understanding on the day!
An M8 accident is one of those situations nobody can plan for, but keeping you updated so you could wait comfortably inside the terminal rather than standing at the pickup point is exactly how we want our drivers to handle the unexpected. Really glad the communication made the wait manageable.
We look forward to a smoother run next time.

Sometimes the best Glasgow Airport transfer is exactly that. Driver there early, bags in the boot, quiet journey, no fuss. Especially at that time of the morning, the last thing you want is unnecessary chat when you just want to get to the airport and get going.
We'll always take our cue from the passenger, whether that's a friendly conversation or just a calm, quiet ride. Either way the job gets done the same.
Hope the trip was a good one. We'll be here whenever you need us again.

Thank you so much, really glad we could get the holiday off to a smooth start!
The Glasgow Southside to Edinburgh Airport route is one we cover regularly, and it's one where getting the details right really matters. Early morning departures, family in tow, luggage to manage, the last thing you need is any uncertainty around your transfer. Everything confirmed in advance, fixed price, driver on time. That's how it should be.
Seville is a brilliant choice too. We hope the holiday lived up to the journey there. Whenever the next trip comes around, we'd love to be your first call for the airport transfer.

It's the small things that make a difference on a longer transfer. A driver who checks in on you, takes their time, and makes sure the ride is as comfortable as the destination is worth looking forward to. That's the kind of service we want every GLA Transfers passenger to experience.

Murphy EDI to GLA pickup
Our Driver Rashy was kind and personable. He was on time. Nice experience overall. Only comment that we have is that we had a meet and greet and we had to walk a long way to the car from arrivals. No other issues.

Thank you John and Carol, and a special mention for Rashy who will be pleased to hear your kind words!
Really glad the overall experience was a positive one. An on time pickup at Edinburgh Airport with a friendly, personable driver is exactly what we aim for on every transfer back to Glasgow.
The point about the walking distance on the meet and greet is genuinely appreciated and worth us noting. Edinburgh Airport's layout and parking restrictions can sometimes mean there's more of a walk between the arrivals area and where a driver can safely position the vehicle, and we understand that's not ideal after a journey. It's useful feedback and something we'll keep in mind when briefing drivers on the meet and greet experience at EDI.
We hope to look after you both again on your next trip.

Update:GLA says failure was by one of their affiliates. This was not clear on the invoice I received. As a client, I had no indication that two businesses were involved.I reviewed business on invoice.
I did not have a good experience with GLA transfers. The website indicated that they provide service throughout the UK. They accepted a reservation and payment for a trip from Llandudno to Manchester airport. When I attempted repeatedly to contact them directly to confirm the booking, no one answered the phone. Their online chat indicated that the booking was in place, and a driver was being assigned. On the day of the booking, the robot continued to say that the booking was confirmed. However, no driver showed up, and no one was available by phone. The company has not responded to repeated emails. We also had a misunderstanding about the size of car for a different booking from Glasgow airport to a Glasgow hotel. That ride was resolved, but inconvenient at the time. I certainly would not book with this company in the future.

Great Airport Transfers
Highly recommended. The key element of arranging any transfer to and from the airport is reliability and I've have several poor experiences previously. That's in the past and I now have found my trusted company.
Great service both ways. Drivers were punctual, communicated before pick up times to confirm driver details, friendly on the journey and able to accommodate me landing 30 mins early back into Glasgow. Was easy to book on line.
Will definitely be using them again.

Thank you so much for this, and for giving GLA Transfers the chance to turn things around after some disappointing experiences elsewhere. That trust means a lot and we don't take it lightly.
Reliability is everything in this business. It doesn't matter how friendly the driver is or how comfortable the car is if there's any doubt about whether they'll actually show up. Pre-trip communication, confirmed driver details, punctual pickups both ways on your return transfers, and the flexibility to adapt when you landed 30 minutes early at Glasgow Airport. That's exactly the kind of service we build every booking around.
The flight monitoring is a big part of that. We track arrivals in real time so your driver is always working off your actual landing time, not just the scheduled one. No waiting around, no stress.
It's brilliant to have you as a regular and we'll make sure every future transfer lives up to the same standard.

Jazz is a brilliant example of what we look for in a GLA Transfers driver. Getting you to the airport or back home on time is the baseline, but going the extra mile to make the journey genuinely comfortable and enjoyable is what sets a great driver apart. Helpful tips, attentive service and good conversation along the way, we're glad it all came together so well for you.
We'll make sure Jazz sees this, it's well deserved.

Reliable company a good experience all round
Booked in January for May. Texted day before giving driver information and update on time for the day. Driver friendly and helpful and the three hour drive to Glasgow airport went really well. A company you can rely on even when asking for collection in remote areas of Scotland,

Thank you so much, this is exactly the kind of review that captures what GLA Transfers is really about.
Booking months in advance, getting a confirmation text the day before with full driver details, and then a smooth three hour journey to Glasgow Airport. That's the experience we want every passenger to have, whether they're five minutes from the terminal or coming from a remote part of Scotland.
That last point is worth highlighting because it's something we're genuinely proud of. A lot of transfer companies stick to city centre pickups where it's easy. We cover collections from right across Scotland, including areas where reliable private hire is hard to come by. Planning ahead and committing to those longer runs is something our drivers take seriously, and it's great to hear that came through on your journey.
We'll look forward to looking after you again whenever you need us.

That moment of uncertainty after booking online is something we hear about occasionally, and it's exactly why we send real-time notifications at every stage. Order confirmed, driver dispatched, you always know where things stand without having to chase anyone. For an airport transfer especially, that reassurance matters.
We hope the journey itself lived up to the smooth booking experience. We'd love to have you back next time.

Airport Drop Off
Our driver arrived promptly at our house. Asked which way we’d prefer to get to the airport. Was friendly and chatty even if it was 4.30am.

4:30am is no small ask of anyone, driver or passenger, and it says a lot that yours showed up prompt, friendly and ready to chat at that hour. Asking which route you'd prefer is a small touch but it's the kind of thing that makes the journey feel personal rather than just a transaction.
Early morning Glasgow Airport runs are something we do day in day out, and we never want that to show. Every pickup gets the same level of service regardless of what time the alarm went off.
Hope the trip was worth the early start. We'd love to look after you again next time.
