Exceptional service, especially when travel doesn’t go to plan
Booking with Carrot Cars UK was straightforward and easy, and the experience only got better from there.
Unfortunately, the knock-on effects of the flight disruptions in the UK on Tuesday affected our arrival on Thursday. We were kept on the tarmac at Heathrow considerably longer than expected before being allowed to disembark, and then spent about an hour waiting for our luggage. It would have been entirely understandable for the delay to create complications with the transfer.
Instead, the Carrot driver waited patiently throughout and kept checking in with me to make sure everything was alright. That level of patience, communication and professionalism made a real difference after what had already been a rather tiring journey.
The thing I would want people to remember is that good service is not simply about getting you from A to B when everything goes according to plan; it is about how you are looked after when it doesn’t.

Driver came on time. He was very well-presented and professional. Courteous and Helpful. Car was very clean and fresh.
Above all, I was a little late to the car and then had to duck back to my home for a few things that I forgotten, Driver was very patient and didn't show any displeasure although he did politely reminded me that he has another passenger after me and congestion is starting to build up. It was all done with the utmost courteous. I'm very impressed by Carrot cars which I've not used for years now. I will definitely use Carrot cars as my first go to and choice in the future.
