Glamour Galor™ 

I never bother writing reviews but I bought this directly from Glamour Galor after seeing a Facebook post. Mine arrived in a bent melted bottle. Seller refused (or should I say never returned my emails) about a refund. Wish I’d checked the ingredients before ordering, there is nothing proven in there to make your lashes grow longer. It’s a total scam, I’m spreading the word!!! DO NOT BUY!!!

I paid $49.98 for two lash serums. I never received the items; in fact, the order was never updated, tracking information was never provided as promised, and now, Glamour Galor is refusing to respond to any of my emails, not one. This ‘company’ kept my $49.98 and is nothing more than a SCAM. They need shut down immediately and refunds made to all the individuals they stole from.

If I could rate lower than one star I would!!!! I ordered from this trash a** company without reading reviews first!!! Never again! I ordered on the 7th of January and it is now the 16th and my ordered still says "being prepared" It should not take that long to ship my order if you have it in stock like they said!! I called and emailed and did not get anywhere and when I tried to warn others they spammed my comment and keep deleting my comments so nobody can see them!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THERE!! I WILL BE POSTING A REVIEW EVERYWHERE I CAN TO WARN OTHERS!!! I WILL ALSO BE CALLING MY BANK RIGHT NOW TO DISPUTE THE CHARGE!!!!

Ordered their eyelash serum and never received it in the mail. They already deducted funds my account. Their tracking numbers are bogus. Customer service is a joke. They do not respond to email or fb messages. All messages are auto generated. SCAM!! Buyers Beware! Do not order from this company...complete scam!

Absolute garbage company. Tried to reach out multiple times to get updates on my order, got NO RESPONSE. I then requested that they cancel my order but they didn't listen and didn't respond. Finally after 3 weeks I get an automated email saying that my package shipped and a Chinese tracking ID was linked, but it hasn't updated in WEEKS.

Pure trash. Don't waste your time or money here, this is horrifying. I'm calling my credit card company to make sure they void the transaction. You should do the same if you've been scammed by this s***.

I, too, purchased the eyelash serum. It didn’t work at all! I emailed them several times to try and get a refund, which they claim on their site, to give, ‘no questions asked!’ What a joke! They don’t even reply! Do not buy from these people, it is a scam!

Worst customer service. They have never responded to any of my emails or messages yet they immediately charged my account for eyelash serum. They claimed to have send it but refused to send a tracking number

I order some products a month ago they charged my credit card and the order status still says we received your order and we are working on it. I sent various email but no response yet. Terrible.

Don't waste your money! I paid for the product , and now a month later have still not received it ! I have also been trying to contact them for like 2 weeks now and no one responds to u! I have emailed, called, messaged, tagged them in a post, commented on both Instagram and facebook, and no one responds to u!! I am very frustrated!! I have never had the money credited back either!!

Scam refund my money been waiting for my order for a month now.

My review is for Glamor Galore... ordered eye lash serum. This is a scam! I wish i did my research before purchasing. Is been a month and still no product. I emailed company about 2 weeks after I ordered and received a response the same day saying sorry for the delay and they were behind in processing orders. Gave another week or so and emailed 3 different times again no response. I also IM’d through FB 2xs since that was where i saw as and received an automated response. Just called my credit card company to report the purchase was fraudulent. Please don’t order from this company if you expect to get a product. Also notice how they respond right away to positive comments but no responses to negative. Stay Away!!!
