I am very upset with this company. Ordered the Electric Flea & Tick comb nearly a month ago and have never received it. After reading all the reviews I believe this is a scam ! If others who have had this same problem with this company want to go in together in a lawsuit let me know cause I certainly would like to see these people go to jail for running a scam business. Don't order anything from these crooks !

I placed my order 25 May . Still have not received it. Every time I write to Glamour Place I receive

Ordered the flea comb. Still waiting on an confirmation and being ignored! -5 ..... UPDATE I finally received the flea comb. Not only is it cheaply made, my poor dog is terrified of it. It gives off a low humming noise where she runs from it when she sees it! Don’t waste your money!

Should be 0 stars. Waited 2 weeks for my order only to receive it WITHOUT the damn battery cover. How in the world??? Just want my money back so I can order from a more reliable company.

The worst excuse for a business on the planet. 9 Days waiting for a flea comb. They have ignored me three times. It has not even shipped yet. It wont be either from looking at the other reviews.

It should be a minus 5 I bought a electric flea and tick comb for $20 plus extra for Express shipping I email a request for when it was going to be shipped out and asked for a tracking# so I can track my package on when it will arrive. After 1 week I haven't heard squat. I believe I was taken for a ride. I need to find someone that can make them give me my money back. Who can I contact?

Took my money paid express shipping and never received my order. Sent multiple emails to their “outstanding” customer service(?) and no one ever responded!! I even sent them message on their FB page and still IGNORED. Just filed a complaint with PayPal. BUYER BEWARE

Tim And Pam are two of the greatest people on the planet and they are definitely not racist whoever was the one that posted the racist thing I love them to death and I’ve been coming for like three yearsTheir work is phenomenal no matter what they do and the kindest sweetest hearted people you ever want to meet do you want something done right go to Pam and Tim

I saw an ad on Facebook and decided to look up the colour matching foundation since the video they posted made it look too good to be true. Well I was right- one of the videos they featured in their ad was stolen from a youtuber who was unimpressed by the product but they manipulated the video to change the outcome and of course silenced her voice. When i commented on the Facebook ad to let others know that this product is misleading and is taking videos from other sources as opposed to honest reviews they deleted my comment and likely blocked me since I can’t find the original post anymore. I hope people look them up before spending.

Didn't deliver my items, never responded to my MANY emails and phone calls afterwards. Not trustworthy whatsoever.

Never received my item. Sent so many emails but never got any response. We need to report this as a scam business. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY.
I’ll determined to get legal actions for this company due to all the monies taken from customers and not mailing the itwms ordered.

Ordered 3 items from them, received 1 in a normal timeframe , the other two items still missing. I wrote them 3 emails, didn’t receive any response to my inquiries. Now I have to dispute a portion of the charge . Stay away from them , not worth the headache.

Never received my order! Its been over a month! They should not be allowed to advertise on Facebook!

Received my foundation. Package was open, pump didn't work and when I unscrewed the top it was almost empty. Pretty sure it's been used. Of course no reply when I contacted them. I'll be contacting my bank and the consumer fraud division of the FBI. It's ridiculous companies like this can rip people off. DONT ORDER FROM THEM> I did pay with Paypal so I was able to file a complaint with them and possibly get a refund. Hopefully if PP gets enough complaints they'll stop working with this company.

They don't deserve half of a star! I wish I have done some research before I purchased their freaking color changing foundation! Worse company ever! Fake product, fake website, fake customer service. They could get a trophy for worse company in the world!
