This product is false...false advertisement at its best! Does not provide any coverage and takes forever to dissolve so you have to continue rubbing until white paste disappears. Company claims to not be able to refund due to product being opened. How can you see results without opening and trying the product???? DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

Do not order this, does not work!!!!! will not change to your skin tone, stays white. and they will not give your money back. I am disputing this through paypal.

I bought a foundation and they told me no refund if opened but how are you suppose to see if it works , i want my money back

If you have not ordered this item, DON'T. This is a false item, just to scam you out of your money. I'm requesting a refund and this so call business need to be put out of business. I will be contacting my cc bank.

Fraud!!!!! Placed order and never received my products😢 also tried contacting customer service via email and they would never respond! Never have I been scammed like this before!!! So upset!

SCAM! Do not buy here! I bought a bra here and they never delivered it! I’ve emailed them and contacted them on Facebook over 6 times and they have not even responded once! I called my bank and reported them for fraud. It is not reliable and I made a bad decision to buy from them. It’s not worth the trouble.

Beware!! Do not use. I ordered a product, everything appeared legit. I have sent FIVE message, with no reply. It's been a month since I ordered, and no product. No refund, and no reply. I will be disputing charges with my bank, and filing a complaint with BBB. This is ridiculous.

I ordered a product on 26 April 2018, till now I have received nothing, even if I was charged the same day, I sent them 5 emails, with no answer, I contacted them on Facebook same thing nooo answer!!!

I stupidly ordered on a whim. Whilst awaiting arrival I looked at reviews. Not great. So I emailed to cancel the order. The product arrived unfortunately. I sent it back to the returns address unopened. Tracked it. Heard nothing so emailed. They replied and said I should have returned to San Fran address. I frequently email but still not got my money back. been 2 months so not hopeful...

Ordered lash boost product. Took 3 weeks to finally get it and it doesn't even seem like there's product in the bottle! 6 emails were sent to them to check on my order status and I NEVER received a reply. This site is a complete joke, don't waste you time or money.

They are fraud company don’t waste your money.Its been 3 months I haven’t got my item.Every day I emailed them about my refund they don’t reply me back.They are absolutely fraud

I ordered via Facebook on 2/4/18 never received confirmation just original order number. I was charged that same day. Tracking was invalid and so is the 800 number for customer service. It’s now 4/4/18 with nothing. I have disputed charges with my bank, filed fraud with consumer protection agency, better business bureau, federal trade commission, and Econ. I suggest anyone who placed orders with this fake company do the same. Shut them down!

Horrible experience. I ordered from them based on what Facebook posts. They took my money, but never delivered the product. I reached out several times, no response.

Have multiple emails to this company askinh for a refund since they never sent anything. I keep getting generic responses and a week after I ask for my $ back I am told they cant because they just shipped it out (I have been told this more than once). Scam company.

SCAM!!! I ordered this from a FaceBook posting. I have never received my product of the Lash Extender and I also have tried to email them and call them, though their number is now not in service. This company is a hoax and a SCAM. They already charged my credit card and I have disputed the charge. If I don't get my product, you don't get my money, a**holes!

SCAM. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY! I placed an order 3 weeks ago and received an email with tracking number that doesn't even work. I emailed them several times and no response at all. I read a few reviews here and apparently I am not the only one with this problem which proves that this company is a SCAM. I regret trusted Instagram reviews when I bought this product I should have googled all the reviews. I don't believe they will refund me and after all the reviews I read even if they do sent me the serum Im not going to use it as I read reviews pf people getting their eyes swallow. In the end I lost £36.... It's amazing how this company's get away with robbing people

I had the same problem as everyone else with the fraudulent company. First of all their application video for the lash growth product completely contradicts the instructions on the box (note Glamour Galor does not manufacture this product). Secondly they will take your money and not respond to ANY of your attempts to contact. Don't listen to them telling everyone on Facebook they are based out of Arizona because they are in fact based out of New York. I found this out when I contacted and complained to the Better Business Bureau. Oh and guess what??? My order miraculously arrived once BBB contacted them. I've reported them to Facebook for fraud and yet they do nothing to remove their ad so every time I see it I share it and warn people. I guess money for ads is more important to Facebook than spreading a scam for a fraudulent company.

I ordered glamour galours eye lash serum in October last year.. after waiting till December I sent multiple emails to be told it got lost in services, then I asked for a tracking number no reply. Contacted them on Facebook over 10 times to get nothing but the auto message every time. I finally sent them an email saying; I had contacted my bank and claimed fraud and they were doing an investigation on there company, within 1 week I recived the eye lash serum! To then top it off I used it once, woke up the following morning I couldn't even open my eyes they were that badly infected!! This lasted 2 weeks, with 1 weeks worth of antibiotics :(
