Order tickets for Duran Duran in October without difficulty costing £300 for two tickets for vip seating. A few days later I received an email informing that my seats had been moved to a drastically worst seating with no explanation. After contacting the customer service line it appears the venue had change the seating chart, trying to add extra seats therefore pushing people from their assigned seats. Thankfully Gemma from gigantic helped to amend the issue and sorted better seats for us after going back-and-forth with the venue.

Like all these companies, the extras are expensive. I mean, I bought tickets for next March - 7 months away. I almost had to buy the "cancellation insurance" at a quite extortionate rate: I mean, who knows what's going to happen in 7 months? Especially when you're over 80, like me! All in all, the extras came to about £15. As a comparison, my comprehensive car insurance costs me less than £5.75 per week (pro rata: I pay by the year). I've booked a hotel for us, too (not on that site although they offer it). It costs less than the tickets, no admin fee and I can cancel it for nothing up to the day before. OK, so that's built into the price but I do prefer it that way. The online buying from Gigantic was OK: simple enough even for an old git like me; I'd have been very disappointed if it had been otherwise.

Excellent experience with Gigantic. Buying tickets was an doddle, they sent them in good time before the concert. Unfortunately we had to switch our tickets last minute so I contacted them on the chat and spoke to Holly, she was friendly, quick and processed a refund for me without hesitation. Would definitely use them again.

Spoke to Gemma today regarding my tickets for an upcoming Jon Anderson show in Nottingham. I was a little concerned that with the show coming up next month that I hadn’t received my ticket. I contacted gigantic tickets via their contact page, filled out the form and gave my reason for making contact. Had an auto reply email saying I would get an answer in a few days. To my delight an actual person, Gemma responded in minutes and reassured me that I would be receiving the tickets in the week leading up to the show. The reason they don’t release tickets early is to stop re-sale and touts taking advantage. I thanked Gemma and got another email back saying if I have any more queries, please do not hesitate to get in touch. In these days of automation and foreign call centres, it’s reassuring to get the personal touch. Keep it up.

Great customer service from Gemma, I made a mistake with times booking my tickets to PLouise and she was great at helping me get the time changed to match up with my other tickets. Gemma was fast at getting back to me and really helpful. She was knowledgeable and knew exactly what to do. 10/10 for customer service. I would book again using gigantic tickets

The website is awful, you get so far through the booking process but if you have to flick to another app, eg to get your card number then go back, its gone back to the start. This was my first time using Gigantic so also had to register and set up a pw, it was a right pain in the bum. Only used them because it came from Spotify

I was promised a refund for a guest not turning up at the Red Dwarf Convention. Gigantic are now refusing.
